Inksomnia Tattoo and Body Piercing

This place is great. We came here to get my 9 year old’s ears pierced. I can’t remember the piercer’s name, but he was awesome. He made sure my kiddo was comfortable and informed her of everything he did. I highly recommend this place, and I will likely return for my own piercings.

Wouldn’t recommend going here at all especially if you don’t want your time wasted and to face rude treatment from the front desk staff . I emailed them about getting a tattoo and the person on email (Vanessa) was very friendly and told to come in to book an appointment. I came in and the receptionist was very different from the email , I don’t know if it was someone different but she was very rude and acted like I wasted her time telling me I could look at artists myself and to make an appointment myself when I asked their opinion on who they thought was best based on my picture. Also I’m a very friendly and warm person and I only treat people with the upmost respect especially people in customer service so I was confused on the attitude . That should’ve been a red flag and I was kind of off put by her attitude but went and put in an inquiry form anyway with one of the artists. The artist eventually got back to me on setting up a consultation but I had to keep emailing her to get a response back and eventually she said she would call me a week ago and she never did , I followed up this week and never got a response. Honestly if you are too busy or booked it’s fine, just say that, but it’s very rude and unprofessional to ignore customers especially when you say you’re going to do something and then don’t come through. Also I followed up a couple of times. Obviously they aren’t too busy because she opens up her booking form every month so either they don’t care or forgot. To me that says that you aren’t very trustworthy and I honestly am very confused and I kept checking my emails and still haven’t gotten a response. I don’t appreciate people wasting my time, giving me an attitude for no reason (the front desk) and not doing what they say they’re going to so if you don’t like your time wasted and want to avoid rude treatment from the staff I would avoid this place

Got 4 piercings here, pricing was reasonable although a pretty long wait considering we were the only people there when we walked in. overall, very clean, jason did an amazing job, kind, funny, and patient. receptionist could’ve been more friendly but maybe she was just having a bad day. would totally recommend!

Jason is the greatest! He’s done a multiple piercings for me and also pierced my daughter’s ears. Just the best!!!

Marissa was the best! I was beyond impressed with the sterile environment and her friendliness. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Definitely will be back for more piercings & maybe a tattoo. One in each nostril. Quick & fast. 4/10 pain level of course getting your nose pierced hits those tear ducks.🤣 Also got my belly button ring changed out

I got my belly button re pierced by Jason and it was by far a better experience then where I went the first time. He was so nice and sweet and made me feel really comfortable despite how scared I was lol. Everyone I interacted with in the front were very caring and sweet as well!

My daughter turned 18 and we got tattoos! Shane was awesome! We will all be going back to see him again very soon!

This is my second time seeing Jason. 6 months ago when I needed help changing out a new barbell for my nose that was a much bigger gauge than the old one. Extremely painful, but he put me at ease and was able to get it popped through. When I and my daughter in law wanted to our helix pierced-I immediately thought of him. He was amazing and I’m really happy with it. I wouldn’t see anyone but him.

Tory is amazing! It was my first tattoo and he walked me through everything. Not to mention I get compliments on my tattoo everywhere I go. ;)

Shane was super kind and did an awesome job! He checked in throughout the tattoo to make sure my sister and I were doing okay. The tattoo was simple but he absolutely nailed it!

Got my nips pierced here about 3 or 4 years ago. Just wanted to give a good review because my piercings healed fantastically and look amazing. The male piercer did a great job. And he was very professional. It was quick and easy. I plan to go back for more piercings. I just wish they had more promotional offers. It would be nice to get a discount on a second or third piercing if I returned.

I have never had a problem here, just your basic shop in affluent area so they have really decent tattoo and piercing artists. However, last time I went my belly button was pierced sideways! I don’t blame the artist, bc I understand there are mess ups, human error and even with experience as an adult every day can still be a learning experience, especially when your dealing with a range of body types. I don’t like to complain and had immediately made amends with it because no one was gonna get close enough to tell and didn’t bother me at all. But I’ve had a very hard healing process (swelling, dead skin etc) bc the wound kept reopening in its position through motion etc. and ended up having to take it out last week about half a year after I got it pierced. I just feel like a belly button piercing being straight is basic, and more care should have been taken especially in such a sensitive area and wasn’t expecting that from you guys. I just want to make the shop aware so that you don’t do that again to a customer because Ik I signed a waiver but I expected the decency of getting a proper piercing even if I end up not caring for it correctly, especially in this area and the price/good reviews/experience your marketing. So, just a heads up, just incase this wasn’t just a human error(still completely understandable). I would appreciate you guys looking into how you practice piercings in areas like the bellybutton cause they can get infected easily! I’m giving you guys a 4 bc I’ve had good experiences in the past, just a little bit sad I had to take the piercing I’ve been wanting for a while out and about the little bit of discomfort I’ve gone through. And too customers reading this I encourage you to always check the piercing placement from the artist before, don’t put so much trust in them (my bad) it’s your body not theirs and be selfish with permanent things on your body. Thank you Jason. Got two piercings and he repierced and didnt charge me for an orbital I had previously. He interacted with and was great with my son while we were there. Did a great job and we were in and out.

I walked in after my grandpa passed away and asked for a tattoo in his handwriting. I really appreciate the help I received because everyone was so kind when I was going through a really rough time. My tattoo has healed now and I love it so much. Thank you, Tory!

I came in to get my nostril pierced on a weekday afternoon and it was an excellent experience! Jason, my piercer, was fantastic and very helpful when I had a dozen questions about piercing aftercare. The gentleman who helped me up front was very nice too (sorry I didn't catch his name!). The studio was very clean and inviting. I'll definitely be back!

I got my second lobe piercing. They look so good and I love them. The piercers were so nice, I don’t remember their names it was a male and female. I wanted them to do both ears at the same time because I am scared of needles. They were both so nice and calming.
