Very organized despite long waits, very friendly staff

The best thing about this place is the price, you could get 4-6 piercings done for the price of 1 at other shops. I've gotten 4 piercings here and 2 had to be revised so not the best track record for me. Kind of crowded and hard to park and get inside.

Great artist, vibes. and reasonable pricing. What's not to like?

Got my belly ring today quick and easy… I was here for longer than 15 mins. The place was clean the staff was nice check them out.

I just left Studio 219, I went there regarding a naval piercing, the staff were really helpful and friendly. I asked a lot of questions because I was nervous and the piecer was knowledgeable, I left feeling happy and reassured. Thumbs up from me

Shout out to Heathershe pierced both my nostrils and made the experience less than I thought it was gonna be, and the business in general was really smooth, love there concept and professionalism. I will definitely be going back soon to get some artwork done

Went on a Tuesday for the 10$ deal for piercings, very packed and no parking available, so if you wish to go, particularly when there's a deal, get there early to limit the wait

Great shop, I do recommend try coming in early so you can get in that waitlist cause they don’t play ! lol, but Raven was awesome she was real patient and sweet and the front desk guy with the locs he was cool and informative & played great music as I was waiting, will be coming back thanks 219!

The place was so professional, I signed in and they had a waitlist and then when it was your turn a text was sent out and I went to the door and they let me in. I signed a waiver and everything. My name was called and Raven was so nice and told me exactly what was going on and I just had over all a great experience.

The piercer my friends and I had was Heather and she was extremely sweet. I was a bit nervous but she was reassuring and the piercing came out nice.

I got my septum done, quick and easy. No problem so far, healing well, great service.

I went here to get my nose pierced. The woman who pierced made me feel calm. The piercing came out great. I went back and got and industrial bar and intimate areas pierced. When I’m ready for more, I’m definitely returning. On certain days of the week they have deals on piercings. It s how I initially heard of them. $10 for a nose piercing when the rest of the city is charging $40? You got me sold. I got my piercings at a fraction of the cost that it would be at other parlors. I tried to get a tattoo. The artist I was in contact with was inconsistent with replies and ended up canceling my appointment the day before. I went elsewhere for my tat. I highly suggest, if you are looking for some affordable piercing, you muscle through the Atlanta traffic and come here.

I've been getting tattoos here since 2018 and have avoided the displeasure of having to interact with their front desk worker until their decline of my last appointment request. Apathetic and rude, his attitude made it very clear that he does not care for customers and is simply there to get his paycheck. Despite it still being over 24 hours before my appointment, I was blamed for not checking my spam inbox to see if I got the confirmation details to pay the deposit (an email I STILL cannot find). He was completely unwillingly to work with me or listen to anything I had to say- simply saying I can "try again" next week. Corey Peterson is a phenomenal tattoo artist there and it is extremely unfortunate that the studio's unpleasant environment overshadows his and the other artists' great work. * Since I cannot respond to the owner, I will edit this review. 1 thing the front desk CAN do is control their attitude which clearly needs improvement from the many reviews on here. It was communicated that it was the STUDIO'S policy and not the artist so that is already a discrepancy in statements. The expectation that I could foresee an email sent to my junk inbox when every other time I've booked I've also received calls & texts is absolutely ridiculous. The individual I spoke with was unwilling to provide me with the artist professional contact information to speak to him about the issue. There was simply no room for logic, reason, or thought on the phone call. I'm astounded by the indignation of the reply and would hope there is further self-reflection on how the studio can do better

Got my piercing on Saturday. The piercer was good. The stud came out on Tuesday and I went right up there to see if I could get another stud. The rude guy at the door said I couldn’t because they didn’t do it on Tuesday you can come back tomorrow. So they basically want my piercing to close up obviously. Disrespectful to say the least.

Please do not get a piercing here! Two close friends of mine got piercings here. One of them their piercings healed incorrectly and the other one got a severely bad infection from lack of gloves and clean equipment and almost had to get a part of their lobe removed because it was so bad.

I got my septum pierced here almost two weeks ago. Heather pierced me and it’s healing perfectly. She told me everything she was going to do, but was quick and made the experience pretty painless. All the other staff was super personable and they made my experience in their shop really comfortable. I’m so happy I chose Studio 219 Ink. I’ll definitely be going back.

Walking in to a space fullfof beautiful art is a great start. I'd like to start out by saying this place has great reviews so don't give a bad review if you come in on a Tues when piercings are $10 and 2x2 tatts are $30 and expect to get in and out. This is Atlanta and everyone loves a deal. No matter how long the wait staff was positive and customer service oriented. Even when being asked a thousand times "How long til I'm up" by customers who aren't always pleasant. Now to my personal piercer Zari. She is very experienced. She was pleasant and gentle when piercing both my tongue and nostril. She didn't give me a generic experience just because 100 people come through a day. Donnie is a great tattoo artist and overall artist in general. Great first experience. Great vibes. Will be back for sure.

Good people providing good customer service. They don’t overcharge for anything. Been going here for s few years now. They stay busy because again they have the best prices and customer service. Almost all of these were done here.
