The artist we’re cool and do great work. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made it impossible to enjoy the experience. She talked trash the whole time thinking my cousin and I didn’t speak Spanish and that was just uncalled for.

I came as a walk in, expecting to, justifiably so, having to wait a long while for them to finish their appointments. In reality, one employee immediately saw me and asked what I needed and said he’d be with me as fast as possible, even when he was finishing someone’s tattoo.a very nice woman came and did my piercings and encouraged me and reassured me through the whole thing, and sanitized and cleaned and kept it safe! My septum and eyebrow in full costed $110, overall very kind people, lots of options. Will definitely be returning for future piercings and possibly a tattoo

I came here with my sister and mom. Once we got there, the actual place was a bit hard to find AT FIRST, but we called them and they kindly helped us get to the location. The service is wonderful! It was our first time getting a REAL piercing other than our ears pierced like years ago lol. We got there and a lady named Luz kindly answered our questions then she gave us the necessary form to sign for us to get our piercings and then she got started on us right away! My sister went first and got a nose piercing, which was super fast and looked so nice! My mom got a helix piercing, she bled a lot and was already nervous but Luz was able to stop the bleeding and also calm my mother down and the piercing came out so nice as well! She was very happy with the results. I got a septum piercing AND a belly piercing and Luz was literally able to do it in like 10 minutes! She was VERY professional and friendly and made the entire experience so nice and assuring and calm. Also, the prices are great! We all love our piercings and are very happy we chose to come here! I definitely recommend this place to ANY AND EVERYONE! They won’t disappoint!
