Brittany is the best! I get questions and compliments literally every day on the tattoos she's done for me. She does great work, is super easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work she is doing and you can tell. Scheduling has never been an issue, but even if I had to wait for a response, I wouldn't be upset because being a client of hers is worth it!!

I recieved a navel piercing from a piercer there, (not sure of her name, but she had short dark hair). After 6 months of the piercing having no healing whatsoever, I visit another piercer to have it looked at, and the piercing is completely misplaced and I had to take it out, and I will be stuck with a nasty scar on my stomach for a long time. I have followed very strict piercing aftercare, as this is not my first piercing, and I can say it is not normal for my piercing to bleed when I remove the jewelry, 6 months after i got it. Not sure if this can be refunded but I am very upset

I had a bad experience here. Maybe Rachel was having a bad day or something but she was extremely rude . I ended up going to skinwerks right down the street and got what I needed within minutes. I’ve always gone to inkrush for any piercings or tattoos I need but I will never go to this specific location again .

Recently had piercings done by Rachel. I’m very very happy with not only my piercings but my experience her and her apprentice were so kind and informative really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have had some terrible experiences with piercing in the past that completely turned me off to the whole idea. After five years of being scared of them because of these experiences I worked up the nerve to try again. I went in to Ink Rush tattoo 2 to get pricing and make an appointment for 2 memorial tattoos. I made an appointment with Brittany for the following week. When I arrived (10 minutes early) she called me back and informed me she had double booked and needed me to come back at a later time. Which I agreed to do. I was sent a message an hour later informing me she had a “family emergency” and needed to cancel but she would let me know of her next earliest appointment. I never heard back. I waited a few days and messaged her, still nothing back. So I decided to go elsewhere, Villa Rica Ink which was WONDERFUL AND better pricing. I wish I had read through ALL the reviews for this place before I wasted my time going there as apparently this has happened to others before with other artists!!!!! Everyone seemed nice enough and the atmosphere was okay, I obviously can’t comment on the work but I’m not the type of person to waste my money on people who apparently don’t need my business. In the end it did work out for me at the other tattoo parlor I was so pleased with everything and everyone there, so thanks Brittany 😁

Drove an hour from LaGarange because the person that answered the phone said I could get a tattoo done before the shop closed. Get there, the guy says, can’t do it tonight. It was a simple 2” all black tattoo. But he wouldn’t know that because he didn’t even ask!!! Terrible customer service. Just stay away. And I’m not even from anywhere near this place, so have no reason to lie.
