I went in a few weeks before getting my navel pierced, just to get some information on their prices and scope out the place and they were very well-informed about everything! The atmosphere - when I first came and when I came back to get my navel pierced - is so laid back and everyone is very conversational, yet professional! Those artists and piercers know their stuff and it definitely showed after I was pierced. I barley bled, it looks AMAZING and the aftercare is so easy breezy thanks to their instructions!
