I got my first tattoo from Joe. He was super helpful and professional. I had a great experience! The only downside was that there was a lot of tattoo suggestions decorating the parlor that full of nudity. Otherwise, it was awesome! I definitely recommend it for others.

I had most all my tattoo's done from there for as long as I can remember. Now that my daughter is the big 18 today she wanted her first tattoo. I am happy she has been doing her research to know exactly what she wanted and where she wanted it because as we all know this is permanent. From what I hear it's 10 time's worse getting them removed than getting them. The atmosphere is nice, the people are nice and the place is over all is nice. I would recommend them anytime. Thank's for doing my daughter's 1st tattoo on her birthday. This for sure is a memory we got to share together we never will for get and she is in love with it.

When you walk in, the vibes are IMMACULATE. everyone there greeted us warmly. while we were filling out paperwork, one of the artists, Joe, remembered a piece he had done on my husband YEARS ago and offered to touch it up for free! (not that it needs it, the piece is still gorgeous). We both got pierced, my husband got his septum done and I got the side of my nose. Jay and Sage were both incredibly kind, and walked us through the entire process step by step, even offering to anodize the jewelry to the color we wanted! All the equipment was brand new and clean, and the needles were opened and cleaned in front of us, which I appreciated! They were incredibly thorough, making sure everything was lined up perfectly, and asking our opinions on final placement. I had a little bit of anxiety before my piercing, and Jay was kind, gentle and not pushy. they reassured me that I was okay, and at the first sign of my hesitation, backed off immediately and even told me they wouldn’t do it if I didn’t want to. I felt safe and welcome the entire time we were there. after our appointment, we were given detailed instructions on how to care for our new piercings, and they are both healing beautifully! I cannot recommend this place enough, we will be going back VERY soon! ♥️

Walked in to make a appt and 3 employees having a conversation. Not one person spoke to me, acknowledge me or welcomed me. I was clearly not wanted there...I waited a few more mins and still no one cared to provide me with customer service. I guess I wasn't the right color/race..
