You will not find a more professional, clean, friendly, accommodating shop! All the artists are insanely talented, the shop itself is gorgeous, and the tattoos they produce are beautiful. EG did my tattoo. I spent over a year doing research to find the perfect artist to do my first tattoo, and I loved all his water color work on his page. I put down a $200 deposit that would go towards my tattoo for a consultation. My consultation went great! I started with I love all your watercolor work that’s why I chose you as my artist. Then we talked through the placement, different color shades, and that it would be 3 hours; it seemed as tho we were on the same page. The stencil was only black and white because he said he does all the color freehand during the session. I said that was fine, but I should’ve insisted on seeing a fully realized color version before it was on me forever. The tattoo is beautiful, but it’s not what I asked for. When we were done, he told me it would be another $300 on top of my deposit. I was very taken a back because he’d never told me his rate, and my design was the size of a playing card. He then said he charges $100/hr, and it took 3 hours. This logic made no sense because then why did I pay $200 for a 20 min consultation? Money aside I was unhappy with the results, so I reached out the next morning after I’d slept on it. I said how beautiful the tattoo was it just wasn’t what I wanted. For $500 and being on me forever I expect to be in love with it. I asked if I could come back in to rework/finish it and received no response until way later after messaging him several times. I was met with disrespect and aggression when talking about the situation. He kept gaslighting me by saying I never wanted water color which is literally the first thing I said in our consultation. We messaged back and forth for over a month with no resolution. Now I have a $500 tattoo that I don’t like and I have to pay a different artist to finish it. I feel taken advantage of and don’t want this to happen to anyone else. EG’s work might be good, but his communication issues and attitude are just not worth it.

The only thing I loved more than my experience at Cloak and Draugr was the tattoo I got there. If you are looking for an amazing black abstract tattoo then look no further than Gia.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. Especially the artist named GIA. Unless you want to pay the deposit fee and have her and her assistance be non responsive and re schedule your appoint 5+ times. So many better tattoo shops

I have been here for all 4 of my tattoos and the only reason for that is EG Toledo. He is an artist through and through. I have experienced nothing but professionalism and extreme attention to detail from him. Every single piece I’ve gotten by EG is work of art and I have to pinch myself that they are actually mine to keep. ☺️ 12/10 recommend for EG alone, but the store itself is clean and welcoming as well.

Best and most professional shop I have ever been to. Aside from his outstanding tattoo work, Nic was an incredibly welcoming, warm, and kindhearted individual. Being with him always makes me feel like I'm at home. The shop is always extremely clean and it smells nice whenever I go inside. The other artists are just as friendly and welcoming as Nic. There is not one bad thing about this shop. Tattoo quality, customer service, information, advice, and professionalism are just some of the many qualities that each artists exemplifies each and every time. I would never go anywhere else.

Lizeth was my tattoo artist, and it was such an amazing experience. The shop was so clean and professional. I was a little hit nervous, as it was my first tattoo, but Lizeth made me feel so comfortable. Super clean lines and perfect placement of the tattoo. It healed so cleanly and quickly. I will definitely come back if I ever get another tattoo! I am so in love with it, and I’ve already had so many people asking about where I got it! Love this place.

Andrea was my tattoo artist and I absolutely LOVE her! This was my first tattoo and I was super nervous. She was warm, welcoming, and so calm - she really made the entire process fantastic. I never once felt intimidated or afraid to voice my opinion. Her kind spirit made me feel so comfortable. Loved loved loved working with her, the cleanliness of the shop, and her work! This place is a whole vibe. I love the aesthetic. It’s so chill and relaxing which is so nice whilst getting stabbed. 😂 Junior has been my tattoo guy for years and I LOVE his new spot!

Had an awesome time getting my first tattoo with E.g. He made sure I was comfortable and got exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was great and very clean as well.

I can't say enough great things about this shop. I've gotten work done by Nic, Tiffany, Madison, and Roxanne. They're all incredible artists and amazing people to be around. I fully plan on trying to get work done by every artist at this shop.

Everything in the shop was clean and everyone was warm and professional. Tiffany is a true artist and did an incredible job with my illustrative wildflower tattoo!

Fantastic tattoo place! Had a great experience booking exactly the tattoo I wanted, fine tuning it with the artist just right, and coming in to get tattoo done over a few hours. Really friendly people and a lovely space, would recommend.

This man, the owner (Scott weaver) he was so kind to give out his business card, stood behind me while I was sitting at the bar and smelled my hair intently. When I asked him “hey dude what are you doing”, he got defensive and tried to fight me. Upon being escorted out, he asked me for my OnlyFans, WHICH I DONT HAVE, leaved a 0% tip on a $100 tab, and cussed out the bartender.

I met the owner in a bar and he was extremely rude to guests who did nothing to bother him. A bystander asked for a seat next to the female next to him, and he immediately started cussing out this guy for no reason. The female happily gave him the chair that was not being used, and this owner (Scott) had no relationship with the female. He tipped $0 on a $100 tab, caused a scene by himself, was rude and disrespectful, and was escorted out. Would not recommend business for a person who treats people the way he did. My
