My friend and I came to this shop to get a new piercing, after talking with Janessa, who was a great help in selecting the right piercing for me due to size constraints on what I originally wanted, I was able to get a highly recommended piercing that I enjoy and feel looks great! From start to finish the whole process was enjoyable and had less pain than I expected due to the skills and knowledge of Janessa! The environment in the store was comfortable and fun! I’ve been going back and forth about getting my nose pierced. Well I had a little time to kill so I decided to just go for it. Janessa Did my piercing. I was worried about the pain. Well Janessa explained everything she was going to do. I felt very comfortable with her. I like the fact she was very friendly and carried on a conversation not just about the piecing. Super nice and friendly people. The shop is nice and light and airy. Family run and they will make you feel like family. While I was getting my tattoo done the owner and his wife went around separately to check on the artists to see if they needed anything and to compliment their work and also chit chatted with my friend and me for a bit. It was so nice. The little conversations can make people feel so welcome and invited. I can't say enough good things about this place. We have a small family business here in Upstate NY ('Stump City Brewing' (shameless plug LOL)..Come see us!) and I'm so happy I was able to support another family owned small business. If I'm ever down visiting again and looking to get a tattoo I'll def be going here again. All the luck to the new-ish artist my friend and I had (owners sister) she was super nice and professional and we are very pleased with our new tattoos.

I knew this was the right place as soon as I walked in the door. This was my first tattoo. I needed artistic input and someone who was confident giving it. Adam did the work. He is so talented. I watched him and was in awe. I gave him the idea and he customized to make it my own. I couldn’t be happier. The business was a wonderful mix of very creative people, a hairless cat and a sprinkling of well behaved, intelligent children. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
