savannah was so sweet and took me as a walk in the studio was very clean and had great vibes i came in for a simple tattoo and she added her own spice to it and made it perfect i love my tattoo i’d definitely recommend and will have to go back for another round

So happy I discovered this shop when I moved here about a year ago! Savannah has done a lot of fantastic work on me. She’s so easy going, fun, and friendly to work with AND always executes the visions I have for my tattoos perfectly. And I know they’re good because I probably get asked once a day who did them and where!!! couldn’t recommend a better shop or artist

Savannah was pretty rude when tattooing me. She kept insisting that I was stupid because i wanted my hand done and would tell me how she hates customers and makes fun of them for wanting a certain area. I left and went down the road wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I’ve been to New Era several times now and they are always extremely helpful and have made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Savannah has done two tattoos for me now and is an absolute amazing artist to work with! I would absolutely recommend her if you are looking for an artist.

Savannah did an amazing job. I wanted a freehand vine and that's what I got. I had to go to work so it's not completely done, not Savannah's fault. Can't wait to get it finished

Dan was able to give me the most perfect portrait ever honoring my grandmother. He did it in little time. Also, the whole energy of the store was just great. Definitely going back for more work soon

I have gotten a few things done here the work has been good, however... I let an apprentice here do a tattoo on my foot with the promise that I could be touched up for free later if needed. Half the tattoo came off and when I went to talk to the owner he simply stated he won't fix it, and that this is is what happens to foot tattoos. I am not happy that they broke their word and now I have a halfway gone tattoo on my foot. Not professional at all. Don't make promises that effect people's body's then change your mind and come up with lousy excuses to not fix it. Wearing flip flops and sandals now is embarrassing. I know many people that have had tattoos on their feet for years and theirs looks perfectly fine. Mine is literally gone. However, despite the owner going back on his word, Trey (an artist here) is an amazing artist with a steady hand and great line work!

Excellent ink work by the tech who took care of me. Made sure I was as much at ease as possible during the procedure. Detailed explanation for after care. Beautiful, crisp lines on her work! Becca is great with design and execution.

The workers were nice and made sure I was alright while I got the tattoo(it was my first time so I was nervous). And It was a quick and easy process overall! Very pleased with how the tattoo came out!

My sister, mom, and I had tattoos done on September 25, 2021 by Rebecca Puff Fetters. Our appointments started at 3:00pm. My sister had made the appointments and arrangements with the artist for all of us several weeks ahead of time. We were all getting a matching margarita glass. The tattoo design requested was basically a simple 3” flash-style piece. Once we arrived, Rebecca let us know she had only been tattooing since January. Although apprehensive, I didn’t think anything could go wrong due to the simple design and small size. I am not unhappy with the tattoos. The glass stems are a little crooked and the bottoms are distorted, but overall acceptable. The results were in line with what you would expect from a new artist. She was very excited about her work and announced to a coworker that she was now a member of the “fine line” club or something to that effect. She took an hour to complete the piece, but I understand a new artist hasn’t perfected an efficient flow. She stopped to refill ink, repositioned, etc. My mom’s tattoo took about an hour as well. After the combined two hours, she let us know that she is taking a break to eat and would do my sister’s tattoo after her break. After her hour-long dinner break, my sister’s tattoo was completed. This one also took about an hour. More consideration in booking appointments around a dinner break would have been appreciated. It was time to pay and she asked if my sister had received a quote from her beforehand. Unfortunately, my sister had not. When my mom asked what her hourly rate is, she did not provide that information and said she is charging us by the piece instead. She charged $160.00 for EACH tattoo. In shock, I mentioned that was a very steep price considering her experience, the design only being drawn once, and the size of the tattoos. For reference I have many tattoos, am familiar with the current prices, and had a large custom piece done elsewhere merely four weeks prior. I don’t want to bash a ne
