Camila was wonderful to work with. I sent her photos of tattoos that I liked and she took them and added her artistic skill to create a truly unique and beautiful design that captured elegantly what I wanted. She is worth traveling to Maui for!

If you are looking for an amazing and professional tattoo artist look no further! Yazzie is the best! My husband and I got amazing works of art tattooed and designed by Yazzie. She is creative, fun, accommodating and has the cutest studio in Haiku. We will be going to her from now on for all our tattooing needs and highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best!

Yasmine the owner of this tattoo studio is very talented and a great tattoo artist, but recently she has been promoting anti-vaccine propaganda on her Instagram. The picture added is a post on how the deaths in Maui have all been from people that are immune compromised, disabled, and, old. I don’t think any deaths in my community are good, nor acceptable. I can tell you I would not want to sit for a tattoo with someone for hours, regardless of mask wearing, knowing that they think the health of the weakest in the community doesn’t matter. Considering this is a public health threat, I thought it was important information to share.

Yasmine is the best of the best! I’ve had many other tattoos from other artists & she’s hands down the best! She’s always on time, listens to your wants, her shop is super clean, she’s very light handed & she’s not cocky.. She’s been working on my large back tattoo for over a year (spaced out appt’s & then covid closure made it longer) & trusted her plenty for her to freehand my last tattoo, which is a favorite & has received sooo many compliments & inquiries already & its 2 weeks old/new! Yasmine & I chat the entire time, she makes me feel so comfortable, even when it’s a sensitive spot she’s working on! You won’t get better!

I’ve had 2 tattoos done by Yasmine. Both times she listened to my description of what I wanted and created original designs. I like having custom pieces and not a duplicate of what’s on the internet. She is a brilliantly talented artist, a dedicated professional, and a truly enjoyable person to spend a few hours with. At first glance Haiku Tattoo is inviting and relaxing, while maintaining a sparkling clean and very professional appearance. The eclectic assortment of art decorating the walls showcases Yasmine’s imagination, and her meticulously arranged tattoo equipment let you know that she means business. This duality of creativity and competence is a direct reflection of Yasmine’s personality. She is friendly, enthusiastic, and obviously passionate about her work. At our first meeting, we thoroughly discussed my hopes for the tattoo and various possibilities for the design. She was very straightforward about what kind of results I could expect, and gave an open and honest answer to every question I asked. She was incredibly patient and thoughtful while discussing concepts for the design. I always felt that my input was valued and taken seriously. For the first couple of tattoos, I really wanted to be involved in the planning process. Yasmine sent me photos that she using as inspiration, her preliminary sketches, and shared her thoughts about her vision for my tattoo. These days, I trust her so much that I just throw out and idea and let her surprise me with a design. Yasmine’s work has made me a devoted client and fan. So far I have 9 tattoos by her… and counting! In fact, I have another appointment tomorrow.

Yasmine is a crazy talented human! She has such attention to detail and a light hand. I instantly felt welcome and comfortable, a beautiful, relaxing space to get tattooed. 100% recommend!

How do I start??? Everyone- Yasmine Anderson- of Haiku Tattoo is the creme de la creme when it comes to tattoo artists. When I first reached out to her to work on a small piece for my arm, I felt excited to be having a fellow Maui mom put her artwork on me. Shortly after messaging with her over the phone, I started to realize she goes way above and beyond for her clients, and this starts before you ever get into her chair. I went and got my first tattoo from her and that was it folks- I sent my husband, my friends, my mom, and I have gone back for more work. Yasmine is original, crazy talented, so much fun to get to know, professional, gentle with her work, seriously hands down the best. On top of how wonderful Yasmine is- the shop is so cute! It’s clean, comfortable and just a fun little feast for your eyes while you are sitting back and enjoying the process of getting some beautiful artwork added to your body. Don’t even second guess about booking at Haiku Tattoo- because it just doesn’t get better than this place!!

I got an old tattoo covered up. She killed it. I'll be going back for more. You should too. I had a thing in mind, she drew up, basically exactly what was in my mind's eye. Go there and give her all your money.

I have 11 tattoos, 10 are by Yasmine! She is super talented and brings your tattoo ideas to life! Yasmine has a super gentle touch - I have never felt any pain or discomfort, even on my foot piece. Yas listens to what you want and will make suggestions if she thinks it won’t work or placement is not where it would work best. She’s a lot of fun ti be around and your time in her chair just flies by. I highly recommend Haiku Tattoo!
