My experience with Mike was just amazing! He went above and beyond and he’s truly the greatest tattoo artist I’ve come across. On top of his talent he is also just the coolest, most genuine person. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. My tattoo turned out so much better than what I imagined and I’m just obsessed with it!! He’s a gem in Hilo.

Mike is an absolute pro. He did my first tattoo and the experience was excellent. From the design to the actual work, mike was on point. I appreciated the good conversation and setting. I’d absolutely go back to him for another and am very pleased with the results.

I went to Nerdy Neely not knowing anything about him except the few photos that were posted. I wanted a coverup on my leg. He told me he could do it, and I liked his ideas. The finished product was beyond awesome! Totally covered the old tattoo and it was beautiful!! Easy to get an appointment and private, personalized service added to a great experience!!

First time getting a tattoo and they were great! Very laid back and easy to work with. Not to mention his work is amazing!!! Nice and clean private studio. Would definitely recommend for your first or any piece you’re wanting to get! :)

Mike is a very solid artist that actually listened to my ideas and worked with me rather than telling me what he thinks I should do. Very clean and professional space too. Makes the experience more personal and memorable. The best part about a private studio is there isn’t strangers coming in looking at you or forcing him to stop mid session to ask about their own ideas. The art this guy can pull off with needles and ink should be on the covers of magazines, but lucky for us big island people we got him to ourselves. I can’t recommend the man enough and I will be back for more.

Mike is a true artist, master of his craft. He is the best with creativity and realism in Hilo. Highly Recommended.

mike is the guy to go too for quality work he takes his time and is passionate toward his work, plus he been in the game for a while so he knows what he’s doing so just trust the process , he might bully you little bit if you act like a little girl during the sesh but I love that, 10/10 would recommend

Mike is not only an incredibly talented artist, but also a super cool and professional dude making the entire experience start to finish the best tattoo process I’ve had. If you need work done, especially unique realism pieces, Mike is your man.

Mike is awesome! He does great detailed work and has the eye/vision to make everything flow. I was very impressed with my 1st session. Since then he has been doing a lot of work on my back, arms and will continue to complete my back and sleeves wich is almost done. He is my go to guy! He is a great artist! Very professional!
