This was absolutely the worst customer service ever… it may be the cheapest in town but there is clearly a reason for it.. The lady piercer seriously has a bad attitude.. I get she did not want to pierce my dermal on top of the scar I had before… which I totally get so I decided to call my piercer who I usually go to in Venice beach whose done my dermal before and then she flips out and tells me I am rude for calling another piercer and comparing it to as if I was at a doctors office and calling another doctor… first of all it’s MY BODY.. and I have every right to make any phone calls to make my decision before any tattoo or piercing… honestly this place is disgusting and straight up smells like sewage the second I walked in it was not a good experience… DO NOT GO HERE IT SMELLS TERRIBLE TOO..

Made appointments for my daughter and g daughter for a nose ring peircing . Confirmed several x about documents bring as my under 18 daughter would need verification of consent . We brought birth certificate verification as told , We arrived and was told the girls needed their " ID'S . Who trembles with a student ID?? We asked many x and planned our day around this appointment and it was a waste of our day !! So ridiculous Thanks for wasting our day

This was my 3rd time here. I brought my friends here visiting to get a piercings. The lady who does the piercing today was extremely RUDE! She’s done 2 of my piercings and was really nice the times I was there. I’m not sure what was going on this time around. But I extremely disappointed on how disrespectful she was to me & my friends. How she treated me and my friends was not okay. I will not be coming here anymore and I do not recommend her services!

Piercing is decent. My daughter loves this place. Wife had a nose piercing retightened and it fell out shortly after. Never had an issue with it since she got it in Japan. Spent $800 on a tatoo for my daughter and it was very average. Won't mention the artist but we are looking for a do over elsewhere after the Ink Pit artist failed twice.

Got a few if my piercings here. Lisa is super professional. They do appointment only. Whenever I had an issue with my nipple piercings I would call and make an appointment, and she would help either switch out or recommend the proper jewelry, or just give advice because nipple piercings are temperamental.
