Updated just to add progress pic so far. The majority is fan art with plans to fill in with characters developed over the years. Been doing a session once every 3-5 weeks depending on schedule and availability. Ziska has been nothing short of accommodating and friendly. I still look forward to the finished product which, again, might take a while cause my pain threshold isn’t as high as I thought it was. I think she can tell when I am getting to my limit during a session because she just encourages me to hang in there for a little bit longer. 😂 As painful as the experience is for me, I still enjoy being in that atmosphere. Ziska gets in the zone and proves every single session that she is a talented tattoo artist. I truly can’t wait for the finished piece. Still highly recommend not just Ziska but the shop itself. If her style isn’t for you, there are a few artists I’ve met, including a travel artist, and every single one of them have been professional and friendly. They each have different artistic styles so I’m sure you will find one that fits you! Original review was 5 months ago. Same star rate: I am so happy that I found this place and Ziska!!! She has been extremely patient and open to ideas on how and what I want as part of my leg sleeve. She is an incredible artist and not heavy handed with the tattoo gun. She shared that she has been doing this for almost 15 years and, honestly, it shows. I look forward to my next appointment and posting photos of the final product(which may be over a year from now because I’m not as tough as I thought I was. Lol!) Clean and friendly environment, professional staff, they offer some snacks and cold water while you wait. When you’re in the chair, you are in charge of your session. I really can’t express my gratitude and excitement enough!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The artist was talented and the end result was amazing, but I wish it was the color I asked for. I asked for a mermaid with a dark purple/blue tail, came in with pictures, sketches, and color palettes, was very clear about what I wanted. I was given a mermaid with a teal tail. When I noticed the color was wrong I asked multiple times for it to be fixed and it wasn’t, and by the time the session was over the pain was getting to me so I didn’t want to keep having to argue about it. I’m frustrated that I’m going to have to spend more money to get the color corrected. Edit: I can’t get over how unhappy I am with the tattoo, and if I had the money available to me I would have it lasered off, it isn’t just the color. I’ve never hated looking at my body so much before. I’m also unhappy that the artist diverted blame in their response which is why I lowered my rating.

Akio did my sun tattoo! Everyone at the shop was so kind and he did a great job on my tattoo. I told him I had severe anxiety and am super dramatic, but he was extremely kind and patient.
