Absolutely loved this shop and everything about it. Soo much fun decor, a great vibe as soon as you walk the door, the honesty about tattoo ideas and detail, the willingness to stay open late or squeeze in an appointment if possible, the friendly receptionist and most of all the owner and Artist Billie! I just adored her spirit! She was so welcoming and felt like she was so genuine in her conversation. She has a great sense of humor, a great singing voice and honest vibe. She worked quick, but did not jeopardize the quality of her work in doing so. My friend and I both got a piece from her. Mine was a simple HeiHei and my friend’s was a bartending ALOHA chicken. Even with a simple copy paste clip art or something hand drawn, she didn’t let it deviate from her attention to quality and detail. We both love our pieces! Highly highly recommend Blue Tiki and Billie if you are looking for the full experience and great quality. The pricing is very fair as well. I think I’ll get another piece from her if I get lucky enough to get back to Kauai again.

Billie is amazing. this tattoo means a lot to me and she did such a good job at bringing it to life. she was very welcoming and open to my design and ideas. she is very friendly and did an amazing job with the tattoo. it looks very good and gave me after care instructions and gel along with stickers which are my favorite things. the shop has a cool vibe. everyone in my family got the same tattoo taylored a little different to what they wanted and she was very accommodating to all our needs. would 100% come back to her for another tattoo and would recommend her to anyone.

Ms. Billie is definitely one of my most favorite people on Kauai. We visit the island just to see her and get new tattoos, and she never disappoints. She has a gentle touch and makes the most amazing tattoos ever. The detail she includes is beyond anything. She's a master at her craft. Carlos is pretty cool, too. I booked my trip to this beautiful island last minute and had planned nothing until I got there, letting the universe guide me on my adventure. I reached out to the shop via Google to see if I could get squeezed in for an appointment with only 2 days lead time, with no expectations to be accommodated but hopeful nonetheless. The shop owner Billie promptly responded to me and apologized that she was out of town, and that the shop may be short staffed but to reach out to Sabrina at the shops email and see if there was an opening. Sabrina Renee responded promptly as well and we were able to work out an appointment the day before I'd be leaving. The stars aligned and I was jazzed. I had an amazing experience!!! The shop was beautiful and clean, the conversation was great and the piece of art I left with was stunning. It is Aquarius season and also a week before my birthday. I was drawn to the idea of getting art that represented my astrological sign and wanted to commemorate my transformative experience. The universe lined me up with Sabrina Renee and she delivered! Professional, gentle, and a badass! I highly recommend this woman owned & operated spot. I wouldn't hesitate to return. 🤘😎🤙

Took advantage of an underage potential customer by not specifying beforehand they do not do underage clients with parental approval. Kept half the deposit from this young woman for a standard design that you could get anytime on the internet. Disappointed.
