We had the best experience at Pirate Jack’s Tattoo Co. getting my wife a Plumeria tattoo. Would highly recommend this shop for all your tattoo’s. It was the cleanest, friendliest shop we have ever been to. Response time was immediate when my wife Jennifer reached out about getting a tattoo while visiting Maui. Best tattoo shop I have visited so far! Marco and his wife were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. The space feels more like a spa than a tattoo shop! Excellent place for a lifelong souvenir.

This shop is beyond a 5/5! Marco and his crew were amazing and very accomodating. The shop was very nice and clean. Loved the atmosphere. He gave me a lot of local recommendations of places to eat and check out lol. Will def be checking all those places out next time. We recently had a wedding in Maui and had to catch a flight home really quick. Marco and his team were able to design the tattoos and even sent it to us after hours just to make sure we liked our design. And they were able to get 4 of us in within 24hrs and left us plenty of time to catch our flight. Will definately be coming back to Maui just to see Marco and his team!

This place hands down is amazing. My wife and myself have had many tattoos and wanted to get one when we came to Maui to celebrate our honeymoon(ten years late but hey who is counting). Although like many tourists we got wrapped up in the sites and sound of Hawaii, which is super easy to do and didn't call to make an appointment. The day before we left they fit both of us in and did amazing work at a fair price I easily would have paid double for the work they did. Family and laid back atmosphere. Don't go any place else. Thank you for memories that will last a life time.

Marco is one of the best portrait tattoo artist in West Maui! I thoroughly enjoyed the process, professionalism and communication. He isn’t big on unnecessary communication, but he is an amazing artist. Highly recommend him… I’ll definitely go back for my next tattoo.

All I can say is WOW! Marco is simply amazing. His line work is phenomenal. He is gentle and a true professional. The shop is clean and comfortable. I sent Marco references and he designed a gorgeous piece of art. My wife also got a tattoo and the line work, omg! I live in Florida and will save up just to come back to Marco for my next tattoo.

Visiting Maui, I wanted to go home w a new piece. I shopped around he cut every other quote by at least half the price so I set the appt. Upon arriving to my appt he took all proper procedures for starting the procedure. He was adamant about perfect stencil placement and he did mine and my wife's tattoo in under 4 hours. When I go back to Hawaii I will be seeing him again!

Marco did an AMAZING JOB! He created my piece literally identical to the reference picture that I'd taken. As well, recommending some much more complimentary colors to my skin tone. I am more than satisfied and I will be coming back to add on. Might I add, he did this beauty in about 3 hours. BEST SOUVENIR EVER!

This was one of the best tattoo experiences I’ve ever had! My son and I went together and he said the same thing when we were done. Marco is extremely professional and takes his work seriously. I know we were just tourists on vacation, but Marco treated us like routine customers. And Kelly was so helpful and fun to talk with while my son was getting tattooed. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Maui!
