I went in to see Jess about re-piercing my 13 year old daughter’s ears. We had a bad experience at a different piercing company and we had to wait until my daughter’s ears healed to repierce them. Jess was so professional, couteous, and patient with all of my questions. I was very impressed with the care she took in checking my daughters ears when she put on sterile gloves to just examine the old piercings. We went in to get her ears pierced, and I am happy to report— We had no infections and it was a great and successful re-piercing. I also want to say that when we got our smaller posts, it was the same professional, and clean environment that we appreciated. Not only that, Jess went above and beyond by looking up tattoo and piercing studios for us because we were moving out of state, just to make sure we would have the same level of professionalism and expertise to care for our continued piercing journey. I so appreciated the extra care and professionalism Jess brings to the table. I definitely would recommend the studio. I give it 10 stars!

Jess is the most amazing piercer i have been to. She pierced my nose last november and did a great job. i was pretty nervous and she was very patient with me and made sure i was comfortable with everything. then in october i went to a different piercer for my bellybutton and the jewelry used was not any good and so i went back to jess and she changed my jewelry and since then i have had no pain and am healing great. she has done a couple of my moms piercings also and everything has came out great. will never go to another piercer after jess!

Edit: Jessica is absolutely THE best piercer I've ever had!! I can't recommend her enough! I was a walk in for a septum piercing a few months back, and Jessica was absolutely amazing! Very kind, and made sure I understood the process before getting started. She talked to me through the entire thing, making sure I was comfortable. Since then, I've gone back to her for stretching my earlobes, and plan on going in on Friday to have my daiths done as well.

Jess is mine and my wife’s go to for piercings. She offers great quality jewelry options at a fair price and stands behind her work. My wife had her dual post antler ear piercing get bent and tear her ear a little bit and Jess came in on her day off to put studs in for my wife and completely handled getting the antler warrantied while my wife’s ear heals. I highly recommend her for all of your piercing needs.

Josh has worked with me many times to create the Tattoo ideas I have in my head and be able to apply flawless ink to my skin, the healing has always been great with no scaring, always impressed with his work!! My wife has had exceptional service from Jessica as well for piercings, she was able to perform a pretty complicated triple piercing on my wife and it came out perfect, she has also went into Jessica for aftercare and to change out jewelry sizes, Jessica has been great about getting her in right away and has a wealth of knowledge about piercings and correct jewelry placement and sizes for any application. All in all you could not find a better shop that has this kind of vibe and clean customer service. I would Highly Recommend to anyone!!

I went on June 23rd to get my septum pierced. Jess was very nice. She walked me through the steps, advised me that my slightly deviated septum may cause my piercing to be a bit crooked. My piercing isn't only a bit crooked sadly...it's severely crooked. I have to have it removed and spend more to have it redone 🥺 I already spent 130 between the piercing, ring and lip rings. I'm pretty sad. I've spoke with and shown my piercing to multiple piercers and all agree it was not done properly. Update: I went to another shop that is highly reputable and upon removal of the jewelry they almost couldn't get it out (my whole nose was shifting and tugging with the hoop while they tried to get it out because it was stuck and was not in the sweet spot at all. Anyone with a septum knows this is not normal) and stated they felt I was pierced through my cartilage which also explained why it was so severely painful. I thankfully will be having it redone by another shop but again I urge you at least for septum please please do not go here.
