I was impressed by the level of customer service from Tammy,(forgive me if I got her name wrong) the store manager at the Claires in the Twin Falls mall. She went out of her way and took the time to give my friend and I top notch care and service, and made each customer feel as though they were a priority. She was excellent about letting each customer know that she had seen them and would be with them shortly, the store was clean, and she was thorough of her explanations of the stores sales and perks, and was more than willing to answer any question we had with a pleasant disposition. I am happy to say that because of her service, I will be back.

Great service the store was busy I got a couple piercings and waiting in line for a little while. First off listening to Tammie give such great service to the customer in front of me made me want to stay! Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding far above today’s standards thank you! I will be back!!

Very poor customer service I loved the advice a women was giving me about a piercing but she was very rude about it and the coworker I didn't like her facial expressions in our conversation this place used to be a good place but in my opinion it has went down and until there's better people I won't give a better review cause you got some rude people in there

My 6 year olds favorite store

Good place to find cheap or inexpensive jewelry, but very bad to get piercings done. Due to the blunt force gun method they use to pierce ears, it's very likely for bacteria to enter the piercing during the process, which leads to a nasty long term infection. Both piercings I had done here were infected for several months, despite following their aftercare instructions, because the method they use simply isnt safe. It's much better to pay just a bit extra and have it done professionally in a tattoo or piercing shop where theyll use a needle method to do the piercing correctly. Despite this the staff is quite friendly and enjoyable to talk to, so as long as you arnt getting piercings done it's a fine establishment.

Claire’s has horrible customer service. Doesn’t explain its policy for returns. They just want to take your money. Very displeased and hate the dishonesty. They just lost a customer

Good customer service, loved their sale. Only thing I didn't like was getting overcharged. Not meaning that I paid too much, BUT the cashier "accidentally" charged an item full price when it was supposed to be a discount item. She quickly fixed the problem and gave me my money back which I appreciated very much.
