I called ahead to get my septum pierced for my 16 year old daughter. I specified that she is a MINOR and they person on the phone said I did not need to bring anything. So we walk in and this goofy lady told us we need a birth certificate?? Such bad communication will never be coming back again.

this place was a joke was told it would be a 1 1/2 hours give or take a little bit which is no problem go and kill some time get back there after a hour and start waiting after 2 hours go by a group of people bypass us then another lady walks in so i’m paying attention and he tells her it will be at least 2 hours before she can in but she says she has a hair appointment in a hour all of sudden she’s in front of and guy tells me another 45 min i was dumbfounded how this place operates after this 2 people walking in and skipping in line ended up taking 4 hours to get a simple nose piercing so just be ready to wait or have a excuse since apparently having a hair appointment let’s you walk in and out when people are already waiting over 2 hours and he has no problem with skipping around to suit his needs if he knows someone or however this place operates very unprofessional will never go there again! all he had to do was be professional and straight forward instead of playing games

AMAZING SHOP. I’ve been to so many places in this area and honestly outside the city this is the best studio around. The artists are funny and kind and there is a really good vibe. The place is very clean and openly set up. Matt hooked me up with my 3rd tattoo and it looks amazing. Jesse pierced my nose and it’s healing perfect. Check them out!!

I had been looking up places to get my nose re-pierced. I had a previous piercing done at another place in Chicago about 4 years ago and had to remove it because it became infected. I was hesitant about getting it re-pierced and it not lining up with the small scar I had. It took me about a year to grow the courage to finally walk into Reef. I regret not going in sooner. The piercing artist, Jesse, was amazing. Jesse walked me through the whole process and explained everything in great detail. Again, my biggest concern was getting it pierced in the same spot as before. Everything went extremely well and I’m so happy. It has been about 4 weeks and I have had no issue. The parlor and washroom were clean and the staff were so nice and comforting. I would definitely go back!

Didnt put my nose ring in properly. I came back to ask can they fix. I was told the only way is to buy another one. Definitely will not come back. Went to another place and they had no problem doing it. Trying to make a sale but lost a customer.

Would not go here for another piercing. Got my nose done here a little over a year ago and it was a nightmare. The pricing is ridiculous first of all.. came back there to get my piercing changed to a hoop and the lady put it in wrong. My skin grew around the piercing and they had to cut it out months later. At this point my nose kept getting infected. They did nothing for me. They said they can repierce my nose after they messed up putting in the jewelry but they were going to charge me another 60$?! I said no thank you and instead the lady stuck a taper needle in my nose and said that would be free. It was extremely painful. After messing with my nose for about an hour they couldn't get anything in anymore. My nose was swollen and infected. I left with no piercing and a painful wound. I never went back. Careful where you go to get your piercings done. This place is ripping you off and clearly have no idea what they're doing. Also, be kinder to your customers. Edit: A response to you... my name is Juline DelPercio. Jules is shortened on here as a nickname. And it was over a year ago. I just now got it repierced at another shop and decided to give this place a review. Initially a man pierced my nose here. And he made me really uncomfortable and he was so rude. When I came back to get the jewelry changed and all of the following things that happened was done by that girl. She had colored hair. I will reach out and speak with you but honestly I don't see a point of that anymore. I wanted to make this review to warn people.

First this is a nice clean shop very professional and good pricing on tattoo's. The work here I got is very clean and crisp my artist was very down to earth had a nice vibe, worked very fast and still gave Me a quality piece. The only negative which is not really a negative I'm just an impatient person LoL when booking you probably looking at about a month wait for an appointment, really isn't that bad give you time to save extra money if you wanna add anything extra to your tattoo the wait is worth the quality of work this shop puts out.
