I emailed a reference of what I wanted. Nick advised to come in to schedule an appt and see what I wanted. I wanted a realism lioness and Mark was able to accommodate. Got in today and he did an amazing job! Was able to also get my wife in and Nick handled her tattoo of a Feather. Will definitely be going back for all my existing ones to get them touched up and I know Mark will do an amazing job based on the one lioness he did on me. They have lifetime customers! Would highly recommend 10stars!!!

Worst place ever! Called the shop and asked about getting my 15 year old a double lobe piercing. On the phone the woman told me that I needed a birth certificate and her school ID. I was told that as long as the last names match, then everything would be fine. Arrived at the shop 20 mins later, told the woman what I was there for and she said they couldn’t do the piercing because my 15 year old needed a state ID. In retrospect I’m glad we couldn’t go through with the piercing because this place was unsanitary including the people that worked there.

There are better options for piercings. I was not allowed to have a captive ring piercing when requested (studs only). I then went to another place down the same road, a few minutes away and was done with ease. Stick with tattoos here or go elsewhere.

Danielle did my nose piercing and although i was super nervous she did a great job of comforting me and was so sweet! Went in spontaneously for a tattoo I had been considering for a while. Not even sure of the guy’s name but he had a horrible attitude and gave me an even more horrible tattoo. It’s uneven and sooo poorly done. He offered a free touch up (maybe bc he knew it was bad) but I will definitely be seeing someone else for that. Terrible experience.
