Horrible customer service. First time I went, I just took my ID since it didn’t say anything about that on their website. The girl at the front desk was not very happy about that and told me to bring my birth certificate. I asked if I can bring my passport instead and she said “sure, it just has to be the real, physical passport”. A few hours later, I come in with my passport and she gives me the most disgusted look and says they don’t accept passports. She ends up rudely sending me and my dad away. A few days later, I went to a different place and they accepted my state ID with no problem. So don’t go here, it’s not worth your time and money especially with the rude workers.

I love this place. Everyone that works here is very friendly and welcoming. Both artists, Wayne and Chris, take their time to work with you to make sure you like your tattoo image and placement. They aren't afraid to let you know when something may not work well, which i appreciate. I like when the artist gives me their opinion as well. Both are accommodating and very nice during the tattoo session as well. They will make sure you are comfortable and offer water. The piercer, Megan, is also super nice. She's always excited to do a piercing. She has a very gentle hand and makes the experience the least painful as possible. She tries to make sure you are comfortable during the process and explains what she is doing. Her technique reflects she is skillful and well-practiced. Morgan (I believe is her name), answers the shop's phone and delegates when an artist is free and is very helpful on walk-in tattoo days. She is the liaison between the artists and the customer. She is very nice and informative. I always enjoy coming here for both my tattoo and piercing needs.

Today was my first time here. I walked in and the entire vibe of Lucky 7 is unmatched compared to other shops. Their aesthetic is unique and I loved their atmosphere right off the bat. Great for one time go, bad for long time customers. Used to come in fairly frequently. Before, being able to make an appointment was easy. Then it swapped to an online form/email and I’ve had multiple requests to book, tried calling, different emails, and would end up with no appointment until I was told to reach out to Wayne directly. Now with the higher frequency of walk-in only days, it became even harder to try to request a specific artist or bookings are filled quickly the few times I called. I just gave up and I enjoyed the work and time while it lasted. I dont believe I need to chase an artist in order to get something set up especially even after years of patronage. Still great work though and wish them the best Also be aware (however not the shops fault) it tends to fill up with closed minded customers but what do you expect being that close to sailors and in the middle of nowhere

Myself and a friend came in as walk-ins last month for 2-3 piercings each. After a short wait we saw Megan, who was so fantastic. She did amazing with the piercings and implementing relaxation techniques and encouragement. She also was great about education regarding healing. It's been a little over a month and while I've had ear piercings before, I'd never done my nose and was a little anxious about the healing process. Everyone is different, but the nostril healing has been incredibly smooth and easier than all my lobes have ever been. Currently looking into what I want to do next. Next time I'll likely make an appt. just so I can consult about proper anatomy. Highly recommend Lucky 7 for piercings and there were quite a few in for tattoos while we were there too!

Everyone at lucky 7 is awesome! I got my tattoos done by Chris and his work is amazing. I love my tattoos and will continue to come back. I have been recommending this place to everyone I know. They are very clean and make you feel very comfortable. The other artist there I met is very kind, and the piercer is so sweet and I will go to her for my piercings from now on. You will be very happy with the results of whatever you decide to get if you come here, 100% recommend it!
