This place is awesome! I was out of luck because most places in the area were either closed or had no piercer available. I went here and they took me in right away! They have a bigger jewelry selection than other places I’ve been to and the piercer was so nice and informative. Barely any pain involved with the piercings. I’m definitely coming back!

Don't bother coming here the guy that does the piercings has no costumer service skills. I'm legally blind and typically have my partner read paper work for me. No it's not a need but it's helpful at times. No one informed me before sitting down that that was against their policy, which they should inform everyone as they hand over their paper work. That's no big deal for me I could read it on my own. But since I wasn't informed I had my partner help me read. The guy who does the piercings made a big scene and basically told me if I'm not able to read I can't get a piercing. Which made no sense. He tried to back track but he had already lost me as a costumer. This wasn't my first piercing or tattoo and I've never been treated like that in a tattoo shop. To my knowledge I was his 3rd costumer lost that day because before me he was making a scene with 2 women who ended up leaving as well. What's the common denominator you ask? We happen to all be black. Take that how you wish. Wouldn't recommend.

Koz pierced my 8 y.o step daughters ears. She is EXTREMELY sensitive. Yet, Koz helped her feel comfortable. After quite a few freak outs, Koz remained calm, collective, and willing to pierce her ears. Even through many, many emotions, Koz was still very informative; and willing to help her through it. He was gentle & Became stern, when absolutely needed. Yet, still remained calm and professional- through it all. He also helped us learn the difference of cheap jewelry and a real allergen. Owner with the color in his eyeballs was rude to us and the black ladies that came in call it coincidence but no one will get our money with that type of service we don’t care how good or bad services are respect goes a long way
