Really disappointed with this place. Not a clean establishment. Staff acts as though you're an inconvenience if you have questions. Management is rude and will snap at you. No parking. Would recommend literally anywhere else where they'll treat you better. Never trust a place that's so blatantly rude. I rather appreciate how when you call them on their BS they claim you're not a customer. So very petty. Get some anger management courses and focus on running a better business.

Ive gotten all my tattoos done here since I was 18. Tried getting another one set up. I walked in, called and left a Facebook message but have not gotten any response. Sucks because I like to stay loyal but I suppose its time to move on.

We went to get piercings done by Nick. The shop was clean, they used very good practices with personal protective equipment and was very careful about cross contamination and changed their gloves if they touched anything else! Great service! I'd highly recommend O'Tools!
