Went in to get my belly button re pierced after it had rejected almost a year and a half ago and went to Rayne and my belly button was not cooperating (have a lot of scar tissue) she didn’t give up did as much as she could then asked for help while making sure I was doing ok she got some help from one other person he couldn’t then asked micheal baker for help and her and micheal baker took there time to make sure I was ok and was able to get the piercing through after I sat up I felt off so she went and got me water very sweet and I really appreciate her patience and talking to me the whole time ❤️

I got my snakebites pierced here almost 7 years ago. Not sure if they have the same owners or employees anymore but I hope so bc they are amazing. 7 YEARS, didn't ever think a facial piercing could last this long while still looking healthy. My piercings still are amazing, perfectly centered, never had a single infection, and the staff treated me so well (: I was definitely scared bc I was young but they explained the whole process to me, talked me through every step, and showed me how to care for the piercings and everything (: they let me take my time to relax about it without making me feel like I was any sort of bother, they didn't rush my nervous self at all. I had a great experience here that no other piercing shop I've been to since has been able to compare to tbh. They were very hygienic. They were very patient. They were very informative. And they were very kind. 10/10 will be back soon for some more piercings 😁😁😁
