This was my first time getting a tattoo at Phong Tattoo and I WILL be going back for all of my tattoos in the future. Sam was recommended to me by a friend, and I was immediately impressed by her work on Instagram. After sending her a DM, she was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and providing an estimated cost for the design. At the appointment, Sam was respectful, patient, professional, and kind! Sam guided me through this seemingly simple tattoo by providing her thoughts on whether the words should be aligned or exactly like the reference; she offered three different sizing options; and, after her feedback, we decided to use grey on the tapered pen strokes as opposed to just being all black (which will be more visible when it heals). I wish I had known her before I got my previous three tattoos. TL;DR I cannot recommend Sam at Phong Tattoo enough!!!!!!!!
