I followed the instructions to get a consultation and I haven't received a response months later. If there is a waiting list, I would have been fine waiting after following the shops steps to get a consultation to get on a list.

I got my first tattoo ever from Shangri-La, and it was the just an unbelievably amazing experience. First, Shangri-la is not your usual tattoo shop, when you walk in you immediately feel a calming zen. It feels like a place where beautiful art is created (and it is!) It is not loud or crowded with nice music in the background. It is so clean and organized too!! It was so impressive. Second, Robbie, Leandra, and Nicole are all so nice and thoughtful. I first requested Nicole with my idea and she told me Robbie would be best for my tattoo. It just means a lot that they want best for you and take pride in their work. Robbie was nice the whole time and explained things I never knew about tattoos. (Because I asked and like learning lol) Now on to the tattoo, I'm not sure If it will let post a picture from my phone. But I will try to add later. Robbie took my idea and created a beautiful piece. It's better than I could ever have expected. Robbie talked me through everything, gave me his thoughts and ideas. When I first walked in on tattoo day he brought up adding a border to my tattoo and we went with it. Just the fact that he thought about it enough to come up with an addition just makes me appreciate my tattoo so much more. The border completes it. The whole tattoo process was nice and simple. My tattoo was 8 hours and it was long but I didn't feel miserable sitting there. Robbie was very considerate. They gave me great cleaning instructions and now I have an amazing tattoo. Overall, If you've read this far. Shangri-La is absolutely THE place for getting a tattoo. The whole experience was just perfect.

This place is my home studio. Nicole is my artist and I can not express how grateful I am to have her. She is amazing, and always surprises me with a design that exceeds my expectations.

I have had a tattoo done by both Nicole and Robbie! They are by far my favorite work ever! I hope to someday be accepted to come back there! They are by far the only choice I have in the industry. My tattoos are more than I ever expected and I always recommend their studio! Love the ambiance of the place and the talent is top notch!

Robbie did my first tattoo. He was so kind and patient with me. He never made me feel judged or uncomfortable when I made changes to the tattoo the day of. Leandra was very kind throughout the process anytime I called and had questions. It was an amazing experience and really set the bar for my expectations on other artists locally. He is so so talented and kind. It’s been 4.5 years since I got my lighthouse and I’ve never needed a touch up due to quality. This studio is worth every penny you spend and second you wait.

I wouldn't go to anyone else. I live out of town in a big city, over 2 hours away, and I still come back.

Leandra is very prompt and courteous while setting up appointments and answering any questions throughout the scheduling process online. Robbie has years of experience and does beautiful work. The studio is very cozy and provides a relaxing environment. I felt at ease during my consultation and they were very helpful making my appointment convenient for my night shift work hours. The new studio was a little hard to find but when Google says you are there, you are. Just park and look for the sign. The studio is upstairs.

Nicole is an artist. She creates beautiful images and translates them into tattoos. She has placed several for me. Robbie's work is stunning. I haven't used him simply because I wanted delicate watercolors and Nicole shines. The studio is very clean and comfortable.
