Heroic Ink Tattoo & Piercing

Had my tattoo appointment with James,it's my third tattoo by him.He is so talented,professional and friendly always checking and making sure we're on the same page with placement and size!!! Very pleased with his work.I highly recommended him!! And I'll be back to schedule another appointment when the books open back up!!! Thank you James🤙🤙

Bri has done several of my tattoos and has always done an amazing job! The latest one is from the Friday the 13th flash sale and may be my favorite yet. They are always super respectful and kind throughout the process.

I got a tattoo from this shop from a lovely artist. However, another artist, Bri Tran, has since that day: stalked, harassed, & slandered myself & my significant other on a weekly routine. I expected a tattoo when going to this shop. Not to be stalked, not to be called derogatory slurs. This is the most outlandishly unprofessional thing I have ever, quite unfortunately, been a part of. I honestly cannot believe such a disrespectful, and EXTREMELY immature artist is employed at such a nice place. I highly implore anyone looking for a nice tattoo and service go to another shop to avoid such things also happening to them, for your own safety and mental health! Knhiveschau, aka Bri Tran, on TikTok shows CLEAR evidence of stalking and harassment for months. Notice how her relative has to give an "unbiased" review. Absolutely disgusting behavior. These people should be ashamed of themselves. BLATANT attacks against my looks, even in the review her family left. that's just how how negative & nasty a person she is. If tattoo shops were made as a starting point for harassment, she'd be perfect. If you don't believe me, that's fine, but I won't sit here and let her continue her stalking w/out letting people know.

Bri is my tattoo artist, and being 100% unbiased, bri has been professional through and through. She is an amazing tattoo artist, but it's a shame she had to deal with a wannabe e-girl who makes alt accounts to stalk/harass her and makes rude comments with racist undertones and wonders why she can't get a tattoo from there.

I got my first tattoo here about a year ago and the experience was great. My tattoo artist, Bri, did an amazing job at walking me through the process and making me feel comfortable. They also made sure that the design, size, and placement of the tattoo were exactly how I wanted it to be. Very happy with the results! I definitely will book my next tattoo with them again.

I will keep updated on the progress of the healing of my tattoo but so far the person who did my tattoos name was Hugo, he was professional, kind, to the point, and my tattoo looks amazing. Thank you and I will be returning. I already have two appointments booked for next year

Brought my 10yr to get her ears pierced. Staff was beyond patient and understanding and supportive to a VERY nervous but determined little girl.

Very professional, but still friendly and re-assuring when I was nervous about getting my nose pierced. The piercings are also very quality and barely hurt at all! I will definitely be coming back for future piercings/tattoos!

I've gotten two sets of earrings done here in the last year, the staff was very professional, clean, and kind. Will absolutely be doing the rest of my piercings here

I was in and out with my youngest both with our lobes pierced in less than 20 minutes. Friendly, sterile, and kind. I will definitely be back

Jessi did an awesome job on piercing mine and my daughter's cartilage. My daughter, who is 8, was very relaxed with her.

Spent over 2 hours calling all the places in the Des Moines area trying to find a piercer to get my daughter's ears pierced.... Not a single place had one that was working that day... I had somebody suggest this place and they got us an appointment the same day!! The two girls working were so absolutely kind and professional! This was my 7-year-old's first ear piercing and it was such a wonderful experience!!

Best service I have received for a tattoo or piercing appointment. The shop is very clean and professional. Joely did my tattoo and was amazing about helping me place it and talking through my decision. It's simple but very personal to me and it means the world that she was meticulous when doing it.

I got my tattoo done by Joely and not only is she super talented but also great to talk to! She made the experience really comfortable and worked to make my tattoo something special. Definitely will be working with her again!

Lacey is phenomenal at piercing, very knowledgeable and very sweet!! I highly recommend her. She was very patient with Rylie getting her nose pierced

Came back to Heroic ink because of how amazing Bri did on my first tattoo. Shes very gentle so the pain is honestly very minimal. Very comforting environment and will definitely be coming back to Iowa just so Bri can give me more tattoos in the future. 10/10 experience (For reference the left photo is my first tattoo on the right is the most recent.)
