This is what irritating about this place, they want you to be an adult and remember your date of schedule but at the same time they are not willing to call, emails, or text to make sure that your appointment is coming up. They took 200 for deposit and said thank for missing out. I been in business of serving customers for many years and this one beat them all. Where is the customer service. There google web page said close at 8. But they close way earlier, the receptionist they just hire is rude and almost disrespectful talking to your like you stole something. She say they alway answer but only when she feel like it. DAN YOU are a great tattoo artist and people want to get on your list but the way you handle Client just make your business look bad.

This place was amazing! I was very nervous before getting my tattoos done, and everyone there was so kind and funny! During the first tattoo, I got extremely light headed and nauseated and almost fainted! But everyone was so nice and made sure I was okay, got me a cold towel and a soda. Not only did the tattoos look incredible, the whole experience was!!

When I think of dark side tattoo I think nothing but great things. When I walk into other tattoo parlors, I get really bad vibes especially here in the Quad Cities; but that never happens when I walk into Darkside. Not only does the location have a unique atmosphere and character, but everyone is really professional and as well as friendly and I always leave knowing that I received a high quality tattoo of exactly what I wanted. Richie is my go to guy, but I know that no matter who you go to you will be leaving absolutely satisfied! All the artists are really talented. So if you’re looking for a talented artist for reasonable I would definitely consider Darkside. Here are some pieces I have that was done by Richie!
