My friend and I got our naval piercings this weekend and they came out great! It was very quick, probably in and out in 2 minutes which was very convenient and the piercer was very nice. After buying some earrings I asked the young lady to put them in and she said Im not licensed....I told her you don't need one in iowa...she replied YES you do...ask my boss ...then I was told I didn't know what I was talking about and treated like I was ignorant on the topic....so I asked Google! I wonder why a company lied to there employees??? Google... No. Body piercing is not regulated

Very nice piercer his name was Chris. Walked me through it and sent me the aftercare email. The issue is with the other staff. I had mine done 2 times there when I went to reach out with questions I was met with rudeness and got no help. I was told to just took at the email. I still have no answers and feel like I wasted money going to this place a second time.

I got the snake eye piercing done here! The piercer was super friendly and the piercing was very quick but painful of course! However he did not give me a long enough bar for swelling, I had indentations from the balls on the end pushing into my tongue and it was painful. The ball on the left side fell off 5 times in just 24 hours because the bar is too short. I wouldn’t recommend getting this specific piercing done. I should’ve done more research before I got it done so that is my bad, but I do wish the piercer would’ve informed a little more on it. It’s super cute but just not worth the hassle.

So as I am writing this I will be posting this to go with it as will since the employee wanted to follow me to clearance and harass me call me so many names it will be posted to TikTok too any way I have a doctors note to back it up I came in for cartilage piercing and they emailed me a way to keep my piercing clean nothing was given to me really just email really any way it won’t let me post a here or I would I got a ear infection it been please check out my TikTok I will have my followers keep up with this I posted the picture on here please look at them also the doctor notes too before they delete them

Walked in and talked to Chris the body piercer.. was thinking about getting my nipples done. He assured me on the procedure and everything. Instead of waiting I went a head and got my nipples pierced. The whole procedure took all of a minute or 2. It was don't quick and professionally. I would recommend him to all my friends. I had a piercing done and the manager was disrespectful and rude. The piercer was aggressive and spoke to me in a harsh manner and never provided aftercare for my piercing I do not recommend coming here ever!!

I got my septum tapered here earlier and the workers were rude and unhelpful. Another hole was created during the process and with the wrong needle! I reacted to the pain from the piercing by moving the piercers hand from my face and he cussed me. He was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. From that moment on he spoke to me in a harsh manner and never took accountability for his mistake. They provided no aftercare!
