Got a flash tattoo back in 2020 and my experience was not good at all to put it kindly. My tattoo artist was clearly under the influence while tattooing me, discussed morbid topics that clearly made me uncomfortable, and didn't even wrap the tattoo at the end. The tattoo turned out fine which is the only upside to this experience. I have never gone back and never will. I'm glad other people have had better experiences but I felt the need to share mine.

Tried to book a tattoo with David. Set the appointment for 4pm on a Monday, which he agreed to. I then showed up to a locked shop. Called him, he said he had class at 5pm and wanted to reschedule to 7pm same day, I didn’t have anything to do so I said sure. Show up at 7pm to the shop still locked. Call him. No answer. Text him no answer. Wait until 7:25 no show. No explanation as to why or what happened. Wish that he had been more communicative or not booked on a day he was clearly busy.

I only get my tattoos from David at Golden Tattoo. He listens to what I want, works with me towards getting the perfect tattoos, and is overall the best artist. I refuse to go anywhere else now. He always shows the tattoo needle being opened from its sterile case to show that it is brand new. David makes sure that his customers are comfortable, and is a very professional and courteous artist. He is extremely patient and makes sure that the designs are absolutely perfect and just the way I want them before tattooing me, even if it takes quite a while.
