I wanted to use this business and when I got there the “OPEN” sign was blinking as if they were open so I tried to open the door to go in, & it was locked despite the fact that online it says they’re open, their “OPEN” sign is illuminated outside, & their business hours are listed on their business door that states on Thursday they close at 8:30 pm. Well it’s Thursday and the time is now 7:30 pm & door is locked. Then, not to mention, I stand outside and call their business line to see if there was some kind of reason why to all of this & the phone just rang and rang and rang. Not very professional if you ask me. They could have at least answered the phone to tell me anything, anything whatever, rather than just ignoring it altogether. Their work may be good, I don’t know, but their customer service skills and false publicity is enough for me to not come back here for service
