Very rude and short in the way she spoke to me and greeted me. Does not even have titanium to pierce with, only surgical steel. I walked out before getting pierced

I got in within hour or so after signing in online for appt. Dave was patient and encouraging when it got tough to hang in through the tattoo. He has a great sense of humor and well, does great work too!! I highly recommend them, prices are very reasonable and you know you will get a good tattoo in the end. I am still healing but it’s looking exactly as I expected and hoped for! Thank you again Dave!!

This Tattoo Shop is top notch with some of the best tattoo artists in the city of Louisville and beyond! Let's be honest here.....bad tattoos are a pandemic. These days everyone has a tattoo but very few people have quality work that stands the test of time. If you go here you will get quality work in a clean and professional environment. I have gotten 2 full sleeves from Jeremiah (the shop owner) and plan on getting more work done in the near future. Stop going to your best friend's sister's Uncle who will "do it cheaper" cause you'll be stuck with regret and possibly hepatitis or who knows what else. Go to someone who has a passion for tattooing, an eye for creativity, and get something you want to show off for a lifetime. Cause that's how long you will have it! I went in for a belly button piercing sometime in June of 2017 , I had the pleasure of meeting Gretchen, she was great, she walked me thru the process as she was doing it . Fast, fun, easy . me and my twin turned 30 in Jan of 2021, and she said let's get our nose pierced, I suggested we go back to TTC FOR GRETCHEN , WE did it and we love it . I wanted to get at tattoo Charlie's because of the name and the wonderful artwork that I see coming out of the shop. I stated off communicating with an artist via email sharing my sketches for 2 weeks before I tried to set up an appointment. For some reason their website will not let me log in with my Facebook page in order to make an appointment. The artist did not tell me their next available open appointment via email I had to go digging on their website to find out that he is not officially available until July. At that time I tried to sign up for their virtual waitlist. Every time I tried to sign in for their virtual wait list I ended up being fourth or fifth in line. One day I thought that I was going to be able to get in however but it was getting too close to closing time fifth in line. Feeling Fed Up I ended up calling another studio they told me their schedule and was able to get fit in. Took my sketches to them and had a wonderful experience.
