I didn't get the pleasure of getting my first tattoo here. I met the people and the apprentice was very nice, but they lied to me about when to come back and I waited over and hour. They didn't show, they had my email but they didn't inform me that they changed their mind about being open that day or at least at that time. It was highly unprofessional.besides the unprofessional, the place was clean,nice and had a great vibe. Next time if y'all say to come in at a certain time and aren't open or gonna be open at that time, I wished y'all would've sent a email.

Hot mess express. I tried scheduling with Alex a few times and couldn't get a response back. Then tried with Adam and couldn't get a response. Called and spoke with Jesse and explained the trouble I had getting in contact with the artists. He then put me on his schedule. Then Adam responded (as week after sending the inquiry) to schedule. Jesse then called to tell me that his schedule wouldn't work anymore and I should just schedule with Adam for the same day and time. Tried to do that and Adam's schedule wouldn't let me put it for the same time but instead made me schedule for 2 hours later. Called and left a message for him and was told I'd get a call back to confirm if he'd be able to do it for the same time I had previously. Never got a call, but instead got an email that it was confirmed for 2 hrs earlier (my original time I wanted).... Come day of tattoo and I get there at the earlier time. Waited like 30min and asked the other artist there if they could call him. He does and Adam tells him that he has me on his schedule for the later time but he could head that way and would be there in 45 minutes. At that point I was annoyed and quite frankly, done waiting and being shoved around. Downtown has a enough tattoo shops that I was able to get worked in somewhere else and was being tattooed before Adam even said he'd be at the shop by. Long story short, they're unorganized and I don't have enough patience to deal with a hot mess express.

I don’t remember who did my tattoo, but he was a younger gentleman. He was really nice, but he was an hour late doing my tattoo. Then when he did it, he rushed it and it completely botched it. I actually had to get it covered up.
