They took me straight in as a walked in. Mihkayla was a great piercer. Very clean and professional.Also ive got plenty of piercing before and they way she pierces it didnt hurt and swelling wasnt bad like normal places. She didnt use a clamp which is why it was it was a great experience Wonderful environment. I will definitely be back!

If you want a mundane tattoo shop experience, go elsewhere. If you want a friendly, relaxed, comfortable environment, come here! I've been tattooed twice by Andrea and once by Hannah so far and every time is such a positive experience. Hannah even gave one of my 10year tattoos a facelift and made me love it again (shell photo!) Everyone is so friendly, something I haven't experienced in many other tattoo shops. My husband also got his first tattoo by Andrea and it was beautiful! I've always been able to get appointments via messages. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Every one that works there is extremely talented. Can't wait to go back!

Called and made appointment around 11a.m. for a scheduled appointment at 4:30p.m. upon arrival staff acted as if no appointment was made. Still wasn't seen until 6:30p.m, when shop closes at 8p.m unprofessional and unorganized but "chill staff".. Wouldn't recommend. 1/10. Chose to pass on my ink..because of inconvenience.

The shop was easy to find with lots of parking. The decor sets the tone and lets people know that everyone is welcome. Definitely not a shop you feel intimidated or nervous to walk in. Hannah was so great and friendly. She did an AMAZING JOB. I just sent her ideas and explained what I was wanting and she took it and ran with it. I drove 2 hours from Cinci to get an original piece of Star Trek art from her and it was worth it!! Everyone in the shop seemed like they really had a passion for what they did and had a good rapport with each other & customers.
