My artist was Halle and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had previous gotten my first tattoo elsewhere and had a TERRIBLE experience, but Halle completely helped me overcome all of that previous mistrust. She spent over a month designing my tattoo and refining it to be exactly what I wanted. And come the day of the tattoo, she was extremely friendly and patient while we were figuring out placement. She was very nice throughout the tattoo and was constantly checking in to make sure I was okay and didn’t need water/breaks. 100/10 experience and I will stick with her forever!!

Truly an AMAZING shop. From the very first contact they were professional, thorough, TALENTED, and over all just awesome people to be around. Richard hart did a cover up for me and he was by far my favorite artist I have ever sat for. He’s won a lot of awards which is understandable when you see the kind of work he puts down. Don’t miss an opportunity to work with him! Everyone someone sees my tattoo they immediately say, WHERE DID YOU GET THAT DONE?!. That’s when you know you went to the right people! Also hanging out for the evening at the shop felt like my husband and I were hanging with some old friends. So accommodating and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back!

He is the best portrait artist in the state & really rises to the occasion with challenging pieces while providing thoughtful consultation & expert medical safety knowledge. He is a professional & his work speaks for itself. Additionally, Rougarou has the best booking system & follow-up/reminders for making appointments that I’ve ever encountered in the tattoo world. Text the number, send the deposit & you’re locked in—none of that chasing around that is the awful norm with a lot of shops/artists. I cannot recommend Richard & Rougarou more highly.

I was on the waitlist for Brielle for 5 MONTHS! And she cancelled on me THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT. After I took off of work and paid a 50 dollar deposit. Also, after sharing my experience, multiple people told me how unprofessional she is and how she cancelled on them as well. I wish I would’ve known this before waiting 5 months for a simple spine tattoo. She is ridiculous and so unprofessional. A complete waste of my time, I could’ve had a full day of work. I cannot speak for the other artists but Brielle will WASTE YOUR TIME! 10/10 do not recommend. ALSO… she was seen posted on Instagram with no “fever” that she claimed to have…
