I’ve gotten two tattoos at Mad Hatter Tattoo Studio, and I can honestly say I will never seek another tattoo shop. The artists are incredibly talented, and professional! I love the pieces they have done on me. I brought my own designs and they advised on best placement and were honest about what styles would work with my designs and what wouldn’t, which is helpful for someone who isn’t familiar with the tattooing process. Prices are appropriate as well 😊 will definitely be going back for more! Highly recommend

I had some words written on my wrist in my dad's handwriting. Spur of the moment, we were on a trip. I wish I would've waited to have my regular artist do it for me. Some spots are super dark, and some you can hardly make out the line. The consistency is not good. Unfortunately I will have to pay to have it re done. Super bummed but nothing I can do about it now.

I’ve been wanting to get a simple tattoo for my four kids for awhile now so I thought why not get it during my little impromptu trip to Old Orchard Beach. From the moment I entered Mad Hatter’s, I knew I was in the right place. Ken listened to everything I had to say and created a tattoo that was exactly what I had in mind. Unfortunately, I accidentally wrote down the wrong day on one of the birthdates for my kids and I was so upset with myself but I knew I needed to get it fixed so I went back in two days later and explained to him that I messed up. Ken was nothing short of amazing! He listened to me explain what had happened, giggled with me about it for a minute and then got right to work on creating a way to fix my tattoo. I had come up with some crazy ideas on how I thought I wanted it to be done until Tom stepped in and gave ken and I an idea that ended up working perfectly and now I love my tattoo even more! Everything was clean and sterile and Tom and Ken are so nice and laid back with a great sense of humor which makes the experience even better. Whether this is your first tattoo or 100th, this is the place you want to be! Thank you so much Ken and Tom! I look forward to coming back for my future tattoos.
