Konkrete Jungle Kustom Tattoo & Body Piercing

I have gotten 2 tattoos from James, and I cannot be more pleased and happy with the work he has done! I had a vision and he executed it perfectly. James is a wonderful person and great artist, thank you so much and I’ll be back soon for more!!

I have been thinking about a specific body piercing for over a year but was finally determined this year and Alex has made my piercing such an comfortable and amazing experience. I freaking love my body even more and I have Alex to thank.

I personally love this place, I got my first tattoo done here by sarah just before I turned 19. The only issue i’ve ever had is a little bit of blowout but that’s completely normal. I mean being 18 and having no clue what to pay I was quoted $80, now that I’m older I know that is insanely cheap. My husband and I are wanting matching tattoos so we went in today but after talking to alex (she’s a totally sweetheart) we found out they’re super booked. we’re making an appointment soon but I seriously recommend coming here, there’s definitely comfort in knowing that the people putting permanent art on your skin are nice people who aren’t just out to make some cash.

I had a nose and septum piercing done by Alex. She's amazing. She explained everything incredibly well, and I love the piercings! Will definitely go back to her for any future piercings.

I cannot say enough great things about Alex! I hadn’t had my ears pierced in years and she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to walk me through jewelry options, placement (including making sure everything was properly aligned), and after care. The whole experience was so positive, I will definitely be going back to see her for any future piercings!

It's a vibe in there. Smoot did an excellent job on my daughter's tattoo and I didn't take him long at all. Will definitely be going back.

I've never had such a great experience with a tattoo shop like I did with Konkrete Jungle. Alex was patient and friendly and walked me through sizing and after care. It's been a couple of weeks, and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be frequenting this shop for many more piercings and tattoos.

Had a piercing done by Alex today at Konkrete Jungle after researching some shops in the area. She explained everything clearly- the process, the jewelry options, the piercing site care (including choice to buy cleaning product there or elsewhere and what ingredient to choose if purchasing elsewhere). She took the time to explain everything before, during, and after. I felt very comfortable with her and she clearly knows what she is doing. The shop uses single-use needles and everything appeared well maintained inside. Scheduling in advance is recommended and easy with a phone call. I highly recommend Alex for piercing in the Columbia, MD area (which is not far from Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC).

Came here with an idea of a tattoo and got a console with Jamie and he talked with me about it gave me a great price for what I wanted and I was in a few days later to get it done. Jamie showed me different fonts and gave me plenty of options, I picked one and we went with it. Roughly 45 minutes later I was done and it looked amazing and for it being my first tattoo it was a great experience and I will definitely be back here in the future for more ink! Alex is wonderful!! I came in with a couple piercings I was interested in and asked her opinion. She looked closely at piercings I already had and gave suggestions based on placement, balance, and future options. When I got the piercing done, she was able to tell that I was feeling light headed even before I said anything. Overall, she is AMAZING. She answered all my questions, and was just so sweet and helpful. I'll go back to Alex for any piercings I get in the future!!

Haven’t been to this place in years. Took a hiatus from tattoos and went back to the pleasant surprise that Konkrete Jungle has grown into. Nice to see the remodeling and new artist working there. This place has a genuine neighborhood vibe. I had my dude Anthony run the ink, been wanting to have this tattoo for 1/2 my existence. Anthony has a passion for anime and it shows. Highly recommend them.

They were experienced and based on my wishes were able to give me the tattoo l wanted. I will be going back for more .

This is the best tattoo shop I have been to. Super clean, staff is great, and just an all around great vibe. Went and got a piercing and my daughter's ears pierced. Will definitely be back! I checked out all the tattoo work, and it gave me the tattoo bug.

This was my first time here and I had Smoot. He was great! Very talkative which helped distract me from the pain. He really helped with the design and it's exactly what I wanted... It's actually better than my drawing. Overall he did a fantastic job!! Thank you Smoot!!

I was quickly seen by their piercing specialist who graciously squeezed me in between appointments. All I needed was a jewelry change—it was the first time I had it changed since getting pierced, and she did such a great job. She was professional and efficient and so kind.

I recently had my ears pierced by Alex and I have so many good things to say! These were my first piercings ever, and I appreciated that she took her time explaining the process to make sure I was comfortable. She paid close attention to detail in making sure the piercings were even, and did a great job explaining the aftercare instructions. There were plenty of jewelry options to choose from and the space was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend Konkrete Jungle to friends and family!

I've gotten a couple pieces from Smoot here, but currently working on my largest piece yet, my leg sleeve. We've just finished the second 5hr session, highly recommend! Seen pieces from most everyone in the shop,and very talented people.

This tattoo/piercing shop is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Smoot is a fantastic tattoo artist, I keep going back to him because he’s just awesome! I felt comfortable every time I was there, consultations are easy and detailed. They makes sure you get EXACTLY what you want and even help solidify your ideas. Multiple different designs were offered to me by Smoot to see which one I liked more. Alex is a fantastic piercer, she’s gentle and quick. I barely felt it when she did my piercings! Everyone here is talented and you can tell they’re there to make sure you get the best results and feel comfortable the entire time. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS SHOP! You won’t be disappointed!!!!
