I've been to this shop numerous times now and have always had a great experience. My first tattoo in years was done by Tim there. He was so patient and kind as I was an anxious wreck! I couldn't be happier with how the tattoo turned out. Most recently, I worked with Matty. He's incredible! His linework and attention to detail is unmatched. He came out to the waiting area with tracing paper to map out the space he had available on my arm. For the design itself, he went above and beyond and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. The shop itself is always clean and the staff are friendly. I definitely plan to return for my next tattoo!

I've been tattooed by John Rippey on multiple occasions. Each time we've worked together on detail and placement and he's always been patient and accommodating to my requests. The work itself is excellent and I'd encourage you to review it on his Instagram account: johnrippeyv. Pricing is fair, especially for the quality. As for the shop itself - it's in a strip mall and there's free parking. The facilitiy is clean (lobby/bathroom/work space). Service at the front desk is kind and courteous. I was running behind on my appointment and they were happy to communicate that when I called. They have cool merch in the lobby on your way out.

Liv at Key City is super professional and amazing. I had my septum pierced by her a little over 8 weeks ago - the experience was painless! Healing went very well and I had no issues with it. I was able to flip the jewelry up in my nose to hide at work and no one knew! Anyway today I went back to see Liv for a jewelry change and had a gold hoop put in. It is stunning! Again Liv was awesome and fit me in quickly - she put in the jewelry for me and I was on my way! High quality jewelry and a high quality piercer. I will be back for more very soon!

My husband and I came in today for our Anniversary. After calling a few places closer to home -and actually being hung up on by another studio- speaking to Key City's shop manager was a sweet breath of fresh air. Not only was she able to squeeze us both in for our tiny inkings, but she was also patient, kind and professional. (Thank you! Seriously!) Matty is awesome! He is super laid back, friendly, and made me feel at ease immediately. He nailed my design with beautiful line work, and was fast too! My Husband's piece was done to perfection as well! His artist was Tim, who was really friendly, fast, and engaging! Some studios feel cold and uninviting, but this one does not have that vibe! From the employees to the shop itself, we had an excellent experience, and will definitely be back!
