The lady at the front desk was sarcastic and insensitive.. so I never made it past the front desk. Was looking to get a tattoo to commemorate my dead father. I told her the idea I wanted and asked if she could maybe give me a ballpark number. “Less than $10,000” she said, and proceeded to ask “how much do you have to spend?”. That felt insulting, I’m not broke, I just like to budget… really wanted to like this place… can’t get past that though. Tats are for life.

I absolutely LOVED this place. I went for the first time and it was very clean and everyone was extremely professional. I went in for a consultation with Christian. From start to finish he was literally THE BEST. He asked me questions about my vision, he listened, took notes, offered advice when I asked for it, drew something wonderful based on different ideas I had, and then did beautiful work. He was careful and seemed to be a perfectionist like me, which I appreciated. At one point he even went and re-did part of the stencil without me even asking him to or noticing it myself, simply because he felt like it would look better that way and it did! He never seemed annoyed with all my questions or desire for suggestions. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about the entire process. He explained after to me thoroughly and he made me feel very safe and comfortable. He was also very down to earth and easy to work with. The only thing negative I can say was I think it was a little overpriced based on my experiences. But hey, what isn’t expensive these days? And to me, it was worth it.

The shop is nice and clean and the receptionist very friendly and offered me water. But..my tattoo artist “Christian” was cool but it seemed a bit price for just a mandala hand tattoo with no shading. On top of that he knew my tattoo ahead of time and had a month to prepare so I thought. I come in and it was no where near like the picture I showed him. He didn’t seem prepared. It was nice but I won’t be back.

I had my first in 92 and most recent tat done 2018 by Mick and she was super sweet and very talented. I had a cover up done and took 5hrs start to finish which didn't feel that long. Jacob was the one who sketched my design with my moms name imbedded in the vine.
