I called and checked the website to make sure they did they anti brow piercing and a friend told me they did got there today and was told they didnt do anti brow....so BEWARE--NO ANTI BROW!!!!!

I got a tattoo about 6 months ago. My tattoo started showing signs of infection before the end of the night, and was only one color of my tattoo. The ink he used in me was contaminated and I had to get antibiotics as well as blood borne pathogen labs done. This $200 tattoo became a $1200 with labs, medication, and doctors visits. I have reached out to this shop to help rectify this mistake made on their part and have been actively ignored by them. If this was a reputable shop they would take the steps to learn from this mistake and have great service recovery. They never even inquired about the contaminated ink, so I hope it was not used in another customer causing a second infection.

I really like Rx Tattoo. I don't have tattoos, only piercings, and this is my second time coming to Rx. Two of my kiddos have gotten pierced at Rx as well. All of our experiences have been memorably positive. This was our first time in the new location. It was clean, with decent décor, and for the most part, welcoming staff. We came for the discounted piercing special they're running throughout October, so if you've been waiting to get pierced, go now! Almost every type of piercing is included. (I do not get anything for telling you that.) Bella was our piercer this time. She did my conch and daith first. They really hurt, and I dropped an f-bomb or two, but it was super sharp and then over before it started, each time. It's only been a few days so far, but I've had zero problems with my new hardware. My kiddo has had virtually the same experience with their new nostril and 3rd lobe piercings. We received really thorough aftercare instructions, along with great advice on what kind of jewelry to wear in each of these new holes in our heads. I'll be back, no doubt about it.
