My whole family went into Pins and Needles during February school vacation. We got there early enough so we were able to get all of our tattoos done that day. They were clean, sanitary, and professional. We will definitely be back.

Love them❤️ been going to them since I was 18 for piercings. I'm 29 now and they are so patient and thorough with their information.

I have now gotten 5 tattoos here, my most recent is a matching tattoo with a friend, both looking great so far. I have worked with three artists. I have gotten 3 piercings here. It is my go-to place. Walk-ins are great, and the artists really work with you. I love it. Will always recommend.

i only come here for all my piercings randi did an AMAZINGGGG job on my vertical helix and especially my new ABSOLUTLY FAVORITE piercing i have my septum there were some complications due to my scar tissue but she handled it like a champ and made sure i left pierced and happy i will b back to her for all my future piercings

I came her for my first tattoo and just got my second one done today. Fish has done both of them and does an amazing job. He takes his time with his work and always makes sure you’re comfortable. Will definitely be back again!

Would never get tattooed here again. Artists can only do a stencil, they can’t draw from a bunch of reference pics.

I went here for my first tattoo about a year ago. The artist completely messed up my tat. There's places outside the lines. He colored the tattoo fully when I asked him not to. You can't see the writing in the tattoo because the coloring is so dark. Now I would have to have it laserly removed because it's so dark that no one is able to cover it.

Got my ears pierced for the first time in my life here. They are super friendly, with great pricing.

I have been back so many times between 7+ tattoos and 15 different piercings. Every artist was professional, talented, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pins and Needles for piercings or tattoos.

It's been a few months but my lobe piercings have finally healed, so I thought I'd share the unfortunate experience I had. I can forgive the rude receptionist, everyone has off days, but what I cannot forgive was the overall lack of professionalism. I have quite a few tattoos and piercings, and I have a metal allergies. Not only did this shop refuse to allow me to make an appointment unless I lined up at 11am, but they also refused to allow me to use my own jewelry (something other certified shops have done for me) since they insisted they only used surgical grade stainless steel. They do not use surgical grade stainless steel, because no matter which studs I placed in the piercings (I bought several pairs since they claimed to have hypoallergenic jewelry), my ear lobes were swollen, covered with small bumps, and continued to bleed for a month. The lobe piercings only healed after I put the studs I'd originally brought to the shop in. Prior to changing the jewelry at home myself, I went back in to discuss switching the studs, but was told I needed to let it heal. By this point, the studs they'd placed in my ears had skin growing over the cubic zirconium, which I did have to cut through to remove the jewelry. The only reason I can bare to give this shop a star is because they were VERY sanitary. They clearly only care about making money and not the clients' experience. Don't waste your time or money.

The receptionist is not professional and unclear of what is needed for a simple piercing. We was suppose to come back a third time with documentation that was acceptable which should have been addressed the first visit. Look for new help in the front and could get a higher rating and clientele....

First dermal piercing and took it like a champ. The piercer made me feel as comfortable as possible. Couldn't have had a better experience. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly.

One of the main shops to come around! Portfolio vs stamped tattoos!! Tattoo can take time so always never rush!!! Seeing real work vs tracing stamps that other people have already! Everyone has different styles but a artist is a artist not just someone with a tatgun! Booking 3 months out walk in welcome first come first serve!
