I just got my belly button pierced today. The lady at the front desk was very nice. My piercer talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The process took less than 5 minutes and I love my piercing!

I originally was going to go with a different place to get my nose pierced but I completely did not like their vibe so I called bloodlines and literally as soon as they picked up the phone I knew that’s where I wanted to go, the service was really great priced and the woman who did my piercing made me feel completely comfortable, 10 out of 10 would definitely go there for another piercing!!! This is the spot!! More specifically Kayla and Janet!! (So sorry if I didn’t spell names right😭) They were so sweet! Go there if you’d like a clean comfortable experience!

Went in as a walk-in for both ear lobes pierced. Welcoming atmosphere. The lady that did them ( can't remember her name sorry) did an amazing job. Explained the procedure and walked me through it as she was piercing them. Very professional and made me feel comfortable. Earlobes are healing great so far after 3 weeks. Thank you bloodlines tattoo and piercings! Would recommend.

Pleasantly surprised! My friend and I went here on a whim as it seems our normal piercer is no longer available. I was a bit nervous to go to a piercer whom i don't know and I was uneasy that it was in the mall. But they were fantastic! Both the piercer and person at the front desk were so nice! I got my rook done and the piercer was so reassuring to me the entire time. I have never had a piercing heal so well. Definitely will be paying this place another visit. Highly recommend!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Someone I know went for a septum piercing. It came out completely crooked, and the piercer completely missed the sweet spot and pierced through cartilage. They use low grade bad jewelry. If you care about your body DONT GO HERE. The septum piercing in wrong on both angles. Edit: The response from the owner is completely unprofessional. Extremely ride and combative. A good piercer should look at a deviated septum and know how to work around it to make it come out straight, or explain that it may come out crooked due to the deviation. Misinformation, as jewelry can still be low grade even if it is surgical steel. The response is absolutely horrendous, offensive, and shameful to come from a business owner. To assume I know nothing is really gross. Considering I am more knowledgeable and certified than you think leaving this review because I am concerned.

Brought my 5 (almost 6) year old to get her ears pierced.The woman who pierced her ears did an amazing job! Both the piercer and the woman at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable! And she even got some stickers afterward for being so brave ☺️ 10 stars. I can say as I enter it wasn’t the best welcoming feeling but there was an immediate turn over. The service provided by the tattoo artist ziq was by far the best experience I ever had he was very kind and professional and over all gentle. I was so scared as it was my first time getting a tattoo by him but I can say I’ll go back a thousand times over!!!! Over all it was an amazing experience and I recommend this tattoo/piercing parlor 💯! If you are looking for a good tattoo artist ziq is the guy!!!

My best friend and I went to the Holyoke Mall and didn’t know this place was there but the staff were super friendly, chill and over all safe place. They answered all of our questions without any problems. The piercer was super good and nice and talks you through everything and makes sure you are okay and know how to take care of it.
