I went here to have a piercing upsized when a completely different shops negligence resulted in me almost losing a piercing. Despite not even offering the piercing itself, they still offered to take a look. Unfortunately they couldn't help because they didn't have the jewelry I needed they still offered ways I could resolve it and just the fact that they were willing to look at the piercing even though they don't offer that piercing was very very kind.

Charged me $170 for two nose piercings just for them to be uneven they looked so bad I had to take them out wasted almost $200. Don’t recommend and the piercer was rude.

Customer service is severely lacking. I need some ink done, but will avoid this shop just based on the interactions alone. Did not make me feel comfortable. I've been in and out of tattoo shops for the past 23 years, having friends that are artists and piercers. And you want a welcoming spot where people want to come back and refer you.

Jeudiel did amazing work! I got a 4-hour portrait of my dog who died almost 2 years ago now. I sat with Jeudiel for about ten minutes for our free consult and I felt super comfortable. He asked about my dog's personality and helped me to choose the best photo. He is relatively new to tattooing (even though he's a very experienced artist) and is therefor slightly less expensive than others at the shop. However, you can't tell from his work that he's newish to the scene. Win win for me!
