Walked in around open on Saturday with a friend. We were the first ones there so there wasn’t a wait. Sam checked us in and did my friend’s tattoo. Ray did mine. They were both professional, friendly, made great conversation, and most importantly did an amazing job! We love our tattoos. The shop is on the smaller side but it’s clean and comfortable. Ray was extremely flexible with modifying the stencil so it was perfectly what I was looking for. We were there for around three hours including checking in and stencilling and everything. They’re pretty large tattoos (wrap around our thighs) as well. I would definitely recommend walking in!

Ramon did my finger tattoos and Ben did my mothers moon and they both did amazing, not only do the tattoos look insane but they were both such sweet people, the conversation, the care they put in, everything, i don't think i could've asked for a better experience whatsoever

My daughter had her first tattoo with Nelson and this was an absolute fantastic experience. Her artist was incredibly talented and brought the vision of hers to a full reality and fulfilled a sentimental dream tattoo that is just so detailed and beautiful. I will be going back and definitely recommend if you want a high quality tattoo done then Nelson is the artist to go to. Thank you for a memory she will cherish forever.

I don't like how they do tattoos I went in there to get a name on me and I can bearly read it I paid 80 dollars to not be able to read it I regret going there for a tattoo and I will never go there ever again for anything else they are over priced and did absolutely horrible on my tattoo

It was a nice shop, artist really didn't speak much until the end. I like the fact that they accepted walk-in clients. After getting over the initial excitement of getting tattoos, I noticed that the lines weren't as clean as they could've been and what seemed like a "rushed" job - for the price. Ultimately I did still tip my usual 20% and thanked the artist. This place was recommended by a co-worker but I don't think I can do the same. Insert sad face.

Went there today for a very important tattoo with my sister, niece, and nephew. My mom passed this past Sunday so feelings are very raw and new .We wanted my mom's signature that actually is a flower that she did not a name. We gave him the writing sample and expressed how important that it was to match. He took the time to go over every aspect of what would work best what could happen and what would be the best way to do what we wanted. We all got the same thing in different spots and they all look like she took a pen and drew it herself. I'm so happy with this experience and will definitely be back to see him in the future. Tis an Empire--they have three locations that I know of. I've had a shockingly hard time finding a place to help me finish my hand tattoo, not because of the words but because a lot of places just won't. But they communicated with me rapidly and had me in the next day. They take walk-ins too!

My best friend and I got matching tattoos here. I’m really underwhelmed with my work. The difference between my tattoo and my best friends identical tattoo is extremely obvious. My line work is incredibly poor (some double lines where a single line is suppose to be, and different line width) , and it was really disheartening to pay $200 for a very simple line drawing of an eye and a moon. I’m so incredibly grateful I have a tattoo artist back home that can touch this up.
