She didn’t treat my girlfriend with respect at all canceled 2 times after putting down a 100 dollor deposit she waited over 9 months for her tattoo for her only to cancel it again she picks n chooses what she wants n doesn’t take every client the same

I got a tattoo done by Charlotte back in December. I stumbled across the shop by a friend sharing a post of theirs saying Charlotte would be opening her books up soon. I looked up her work and knew she was perfect for my idea. I was in the area for an extended, but relatively short period time and decided to reach out with my tattoo idea. Charlotte got back to me soon after she opened up requests and was able to squeeze me in even before the timeframe she was scheduling. She was great at communicating what to do next and scheduling options and quickly sent me a sketch of my vision. When I got to the shop, my first tattoo shop experience, I noticed right away how clean it was and appreciated how nothing was rushed, even going over paperwork. In fact I think I might’ve even unintentionally been the one rushing her by being too efficient in the tasks I needed to do before getting started. She took the time to adjust her sketch to my liking and printed out a few different sizes to match up with a stick and poke I have. When it came time to placement she even broke out a ruler to get it as precise as possible. Charlotte has a very calming and relaxed presence, which made the experience even better. She was happy to talk or not depending on what I wanted. Her work is incredible and I thought very affordable. She took my idea and made it even better than I could envision and I’m just obsessed with it. I love the qualities about the shop like it being women owned, and the use of plant based ink to name a few that makes it unique. Also that the shop promotes and supports other artists, the lotion goodie bag I got for aftercare was fantastic! Thank you Charlotte for the beautiful tattoo! I hope to get another done by you in the future.

Have gotten tats from Charlotte and Audrey and they are both FANTASTIC! 🥰 So kind, caring, and do incredible beautiful work. Cannot recommend them enough!

I just had a large piece done by Mackenzie in two sessions. She is a talented artist and surpassed my expectation in her botanical illustration. Her lines looked beautiful and healed quickly and with the color I am totally in love with my tattoo. The studio was impeccable as well. I will definitely be booking Mackenzie in the future.

I have been going to this shop for years to receive beautiful custom pieces from Mackenzie. She has created many finely detailed botanical-illustration-type tattoos for me (both in color and black and white). All of my artwork has healed perfectly thanks to her light hand during application, helpful aftercare instructions, and attentive collaboration if I have any questions. Mackenzie makes the transitions from concept, to design, to placement, and finally to tattoo a seamless and transparent process. The studio itself is easy to get to, clean, and offers both a safe and comfortable environment to receive work in. I personally enjoy all of the artwork up around the studio, along with the bright and welcoming interior. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to get work done!

I’ve been tattooed by Mackenzie a few times! The shop is very comfortable, and clean. Mackenzie is very concentrated, and cares about you, and her work. I drive an hour and a half to get to her and it’s worth it, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a tattoo, especially if it’s your first time.

I have three tattoos by Mackenzie and I could not be more blown away by any of them. One of my tattoos is of a past pooch that she was able to take two separate images of and found a way to make into one. She took a front view of him and am above view of his back legs splooted out and gave me a perfect image of my beautiful angel. She also took a very detailed drawing that my dad did before he passed away and brought it perfectly to life on my arm. When side by side they are identical which is not an easy endeavor with how detailed my dad's drawing is. Mack is professional and personable and the whole experience with her each time has exceeded my expectations. I'll just keep coming back to her!

Mackenzie is the absolute best to work with. She will work hard to draw you a completely unique piece. The studio is immaculately clean. I drive almost two hours just to come to her, she’s worth it! I have gotten over 10 tattoos from her and never been disappointed.

Mackenzie was so kind and warm and compassionate to work with. I’m absolutely in love with the art she created for me. The details are so fine and intricate and I’m always finding new things to love about my tattoo!

Mackenzie is absolutely incredible— she whipped up a truly beautiful design for my tattoo through email correspondence and her thoughtfulness and talent were so immediately evident, by the time I came in for the tattoo, my nervousness was entirely replaced by excitement. Best tattooing experience I’ve ever had. Western MA is lucky to have her. Five stars.
