back in october 2022, i got my septum pieced by ryan and he did amazing. it had no problems when it came to the healing process, it didn't get infected at all. the place was super sanitary and professional. i loved every second i was there it was great

So, this was the second time getting my nose pierced. And it is safe to say this was the more enjoyable of the two piercings. As the first one ended up not working out. Piercing Emporium is a very clean and welcoming place. They take the time to make sure you feel comfortable, understand the whole process and know they take the upmost care with providing a clean and sterile environment. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of my piercer, but while here he explained the everything he was doing, was gentle and all of this culminated in a wonderful enjoyable experience.

Came here to get my ears pierced and am happy to say these folks did an excellent job. The process was quick and simple to understand. I was in and out in no time and love the result.

While I was extremely happy with my nose piercing I had done in August of 2022, instead of making an appointment They told me they took walk ins, so that is what I did. I did not wait too long, the pieces was great, though tonight Saturday February 11th 2023 I stopped in to get my jewelry changed. There was no one in the store. I was told that they no longer do walkins but if I wanted to wait it would be 20 to 40 minutes. I guess if you are going to change your practice then maybe you should update your website to reflect. Ehhhh

I have seriously never been more impressed with customer service in my entire life. The place is clean, welcoming and super customer-oriented to begin with, but then the people that work there just made it even more amazing. Billy was SO amazing, he explained everything he was doing and was very calming for my piercing. Alex at the front was also wonderful and so helpful.

While my experience getting my double lobe piercings was good, I am disappointed by a few things. First, the spacing of my piercings are incredibly uneven. On one ear my two earrings practically touch. On the other ear there is a big space between them. Next, one of my four piercings was much more painful than the rest to get done, and it’s given me problems ever since. I contacted them about it and they said someone would call me but nobody ever did. It also cost me over $300 for 4 earlobe piercings. I could have gotten them done elsewhere much cheaper and they probably would have turned out better.

The studio was clean, organized, and welcoming to patrons. The staff was not only knowledgeable, but helpful in keeping my daughter, calm and informed of the entire process to get her ears pierced for the first time. The staff was quite helpful in choosing a perfect set of earrings for her. The stylists were also really wonderful with informing us of the aftercare procedures.

After reading the reviews I decided to review myself. Every single reply to a bad review is this company trying to blame the costumer. If it was something the costumer couldn’t control the reply was “sorry you feel that way.” How unprofessional. I went to get my nose pierced a few months ago and was told to pick out jewelry. I wasn’t told how much certain jewelry was, i was just told to pick something out. I picked out a piercing, signed my papers and then it was time to pay. 140 dollars for a nose piercing. The fact that you guys couldn’t even give me a price range for the jewelry before paying is very unprofessional. Also the lady at the front desk seemed miserable. No smile, rude tone, and she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Brought my daughter for her septum piercing. The tech that did was super nice, explained to her what he was doing. Was quick, it took about 5 minutes to do and she said pretty much painless. I would give a higher score, however I was not impressed with the gentlemen up front. His tone was respectful, however when we scheduled the appointment I was told only myself and daughter who was getting pierced could go in. I thought he meant into the piercing room. So the day we came, it was her and her twin sister and myself. Their were about 5 techs sitting behind the desk chatting and two people sitting in the waiting area which seats about 20. The gentlemen in the front said she (my other daughter) would have to wait outside. Mind you it was below zero out. I asked if she could just sit while we went in the piercing room and he said no one in the store unless they are buying something. So I asked if she wanted her nose or ears pierced so she wouldn't have to wait outside and she said yes. (There was still 5 people just sitting behind the desk) Then he goes well you would have needed to have an appointment so she can't be in here. He was not at all compassionate considering it was below freezing out, dark and made her wait in the car. We sat in the waiting area for about 2 minutes and was then called in. At the time we went in, the waiting area seats were empty, and there were still 5 people sitting behind the desk. I could see if they were busy, but literally was not. Guess they didnt' want to make some extra money or have a little compassion and allow my daughter to sit for a few mintues. Again the guy who did the piercing was Awesome!

This Business has been in Worcester for a while current building is about 5 yrs old. Professional and Very Sanitary. We had a Naval and Nasal piercing. We will be back.

Went there for a 15 year old girl's first ear pierxing. Very professional, very clean, very good experience.

My experience was amazing. Before they pierce, they evaluate the area to make sure its doable. They were very accommodating to me because i am deaf, so i read lips. They were understanding that i could not hear over the phone. The piercer was calm, quick, and informative. He made sure i was okay after the work was done. He told me how to take care of the piercing. He also showed me the sign language his friend used, and it was a great laugh. It is very clean inside, and the atmosphere has great energy and vibes. The people at piercing emporium &tattoo are friendly, helpful, smart, and all together, just awesome. They answered all my questions and actually conversate with people. They don't push you through the doors or rush you at all. I will definitely be returning here for snake bites and a couple of tattoo touch-ups. Went back for a 2nd time for a nose piercing. I am very happy with the outcome. The piercer was kind and super awesome. We chatted about anime and more. The nose piercing is painful, but it was quick. I'm super happy with the experience and the outcome.
