I have gone to Aurora Piercing Boutique for every piercing I've ever gotten (save for the standard lobe piercings I got when I was a kid). I have consistently gone in from 2017 up into 2022 (my most recent visit was over this past weekend). The piercers here have done both of my nostrils, my septum, my second lobes, and my conch. I have always felt comfortable when I go in. What I can say about Aurora is that they are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clean. The entire staff has always treated me with respect and kindness. The entire process has always gone smoothly and as pain-free as a piercing appointment can be. Their selection of jewelry is high-end and diverse, so there are always ample options for each piercing site. If you are looking for an amazing piercing experience, this is the right place.

My husband and I are from out of town and in the area for a few days. I wanted to get my nostril pierced for some time now and just haven't had time to get it done yet. Upon researching multiple wonderful reviews about Aurora Piercing Boutique, I decided to call and see if I could get in before having to return home. They were pretty full and squeezed me in anyway. The staff was phenomenal, engaging, and answered all my questions that I had. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The experience that I had getting my nostril pierced was wonderful and I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try! I would definitely be a repeat customer! So you know, I work healthcare within the EMS division.. You can trust my review 😌!

The best piercing ever. My 8 year old got her ears pierced and I got my septum. Very professional and relaxing. There are a great collection of jewelry to buy. Highly recommend getting pierced here!

Chris was really good, made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the entire process. The healing is going well and I am very happy with my new piercing.

The guy that did my septum was really nice but he made my septum noticably crooked & it was way over priced if i wasnt on vactation i would have walked out on the price alone... it cost $200!!!!!!!!

I walked into this business hesitant and a bit nervous due to a painful piercing experience (gun) at a different business years back. The employees here and Chris the piercer were phenomenal!!! They were busy that day, yet made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. The shop was extremely clean, and you can tell that that is a high priority for each employee there. My nerves were quickly calmed by the front desk employees, and they patiently answered every single question I had with understanding.Chris was no less professional and kind. The piercing process was quick and quite painless…. WAY less pain then with the piercing gun I had years back at a different place. I would absolutely go back, and highly recommend Aurora!

My friend and I decided to get piercings while in the UP for a wedding and I wish I lived closer to get more piercings! Chris was very professional and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I got my septum done and my friend got her second lobes and her helix done. Beautiful placement, beautiful jewelry, and amazing customer service! I highly recommend getting piercings done by Chris, he’s an expert! He made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. He even had glucose tablets on hand for people who tend to pass out (me lol). 10/10 I will definitely be coming back whenever I get the chance to visit the UP of MI

Great experience here, and they have the most beautiful, high quality jewelry! The piercer had a calming demeanor and told me everything she was about to do. My piercings are healing wonderfully and look awesome.

Got my septum pierced here and it was a super easy, quick, and as close to painless as you can get when youre getting a needle stabbed through your nose. Pricey jewelry, so know that before you go in, but its worth every penny for high quality jewelry, a clean environment, and everyone there making sure youre alright after its done. Awesome people, lots of super cute options for jewelry, really easy and chill experience. If youre in the UP, come here to get pierced!!!!
