My 5 year old daughter really wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. I went back and forth between the typical bubblegum experience at the mall and her having a good piercing. TJ at American Pride, Rochester was phenomenal. He spoke directly to my daughter explaining every step so she was comfortable and then described exactly what was happening to me. My girl didn’t even flinch when he put the first earring in and wasn’t afraid at all for the second ear. I will go back to American Pride and hope TJ is working when it is time for my second daughter to get her ears pierced. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!

I went for a cartilage piercing, and within the next two days I got a HUGE bacterial infection. I had to go to the doctor to get antibiotics. I cleaned the piercing well several times a day, and was careful not to sleep on it or touch it, so I can only assume I got the infection when it was pierced. I’m not one to complain, but I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else because it was VERY painful!
