Bee Tattoo

I was nervous as all heck before my first visit, but that melted away mere moments after walking through the door due to the comfy atmosphere and awesome people. I’ve now been 12-ish times and have never left without my expectations being exceeded.

Probably the best-worst experience ever. The artist was so sweet but she did a terrible job on my tattoo. I worked With Taylor Dees, who comes off as a total sweet heart and like she knows what she’s doing. To start, she’s crazy heavy handed and i got a long tattoo up my side. The outline looked as if a child had drew it. I could’ve drawn better lines and I’m not even an artist. Then we talked about more detail for the second session and literally she rushed right thru and even charged me EXTRA! She at least sent $100 back but I paid $400 for a tattoo she didn’t even do correctly. I asked For half back at least and she told me she’d do a touch up for free. Like seriously won’t be going back.

Got a tattoo by Gab last night. She was super nice and did a great job. I let her pick the colors and she did not disappoint! Can’t wait to uncover this bad boy! I was a little jumpy because a portion was near my shin but she did great working around it… can’t thank you enough!

Bee Tattoo is the best shop in the Twin Cities. The artists there are professional, clean, talented, and personable. I have been going here since the shop opened in 2018 and I've seen several of the artists here. Special shout out to Gab Yunis, who does beautiful work and is friendly and engaging.

Gab did a fantastic job with my tattoos! I’m a 58 year old newbie - and she made me feel very comfortable. Not gonna lie, the top of my foot was uncomfortable. That was not a surprise. The wrist was just fine. She’s gentle and careful and a very talented artist! I’d highly recommend her.

My partner and I on two separate occasions, contacted the artists on an individual basis to book an appointment and quite literally never heard anything from anyone. Very very disappointing. Reaching out both at very different time intervals with about 8 months in between contact.

Love Andrea and her work. I love the appointment only vibe as well as how psychedelic the feel is. Go see them, they are a literal angel. They have many great artist working at this shop

Very poor communication and seemed to treat me worse because I was a man coming into the shop. I was very kind and open with what I wanted and it felt like I wasn’t given the same amount of respect that the woman where given. The communication aspect wasn’t great as well, very unclear in person and over email what exactly was needed to get the tattoo appointment moving, then switching who I needed to talk to a lot also didn't help the process. Overall the experience left me feeling like they just didn’t want my business.

Andrea has done one tattoo for me and it healed beautifully, when setting up my second appointment I had a family emergency and she was very understanding and helped me get a new appointment! Her work is clean and the colors still look beautiful now 9 months later, I’m so happy with her work and her professionalism. 100% the shop I recommend in the twin cities!

Gab was very heavy handed, my tattoos are about a year in now and one of them is very bumpy and scarred. The other two are still raised and uneven. My tattoos were done in red ink, but compared to other tattoo shops I've been to, Bee Ink Tattoo's red ink is not pigmented at all and gets discolored/dark quick once it sets in. Was so excited to go to this place initially because the store's vibe and their work on social media all seemed great. So sucks that now I have multiple tattoos that I hate.

Words cannot express how much I love BeeInk. The space is gorgeous, the vibez are immaculate, and the energy is very calming, comforting and safe there. They are so talented- My tattoos are absolutely perfect- they’ve healed so vibrant and bright! Ive seen Lindsee tons and Andrea too, I 10/10 recommend!

Great shop, Gab is amazing!

I've had 6 tattoos done at Bee Ink and I'll keep coming back until I'm covered. A comfy, cozy, inviting, safe place to be tattooed. You'd have a difficult time finding a better shop with a better group of artists.

Honestly, I love this tattoo shop. The vibe inside is amazing, each artists station is so unique and yet fits right in with the whole shop. They are very safe, taking every precaution during COVID. Highly recommend Taylor Sue. She is very professional, kind, and made getting tattooed so much less painful by having some fun conversations with me :)
