Niki the receptionist was very nice but ended up not getting my first tattoo since the artist today didn't seem like he was interested in my design nor my friend's. It felt like he might have been put off by us being walk ins or the styles we had were not his forte. Will not be back. But would recommend for folks that like American traditional since there was exceptional artwork all around the establishment. Only added two stars cause Niki was dope.

Rachel is the best!! Got my first tattoo from her and now brought my mother-in-law for hers. She knows just what to advise if you have an idea.

Don’t remember who I went to but she blew my rib tattoo out. Don’t get your ribs done here or anywhere that blows out easily. They don’t know what they’re doing and their “work” reflects it.

My friend and I have seen Rachel twice, the first time was both of our first tattoo, she has always made us feel completely comfortable. She helped us every step of the way. Her art work and technique is just amazing! I would recommend her to absolutely anyone!

Sam at Broken Hearts is excellent and the place is chill and clean

I’ve been admiring Sam’s work online for awhile, so when I had to travel to Minneapolis from Canada, I decided to see if I could book something. Not only did they fit me in on short notice, Sam also did an incredible job with a gorgeous piece pre-drawn piece. The shop was clean, and when I felt briefly unwell after the tattoo, Sam took a lot of care to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend.

Rachel did an awesome job on my tattoo!! I have been wanting something for years that would represent my children without writing their names. I went in with an idea. She came up with something different and I absolutely LOVE it!! I went to a wedding a couple days after and a few people asked if it was real because it looked so perfect. Thanks Rachel!!

I only go to Rachel. She listens to what you want and then takes it from there. She's easy-going and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend her to anyone who is thinking about getting a tattoo.

Great place unlike any other. While it is more expensive than other shops you definitely get what you pay for.

Rachael was great! She's super chill, had cool music playing, and was easy to talk to. And of course, her work is freakin amazing. My tattoo was done in two sessions so that most of the color could be done the second session. I'm so grateful that she did so perfectly. Oh and she suggested the placement (I was going to do more centered on the arm/shoulder) which I absolutely love. She knows what she is doing!

My grandson passed and I had his name put on my arm, Mark Landis did a great job for me. I'll be back soon for another tattoo by Mark soon. Thanks again Mark.

Rachael is the best! Been going to her for 15 years now. Really chill atmosphere and other great artists here too. You're not going here for a bad tattoo, or a cheap one either. Not horribly expensive but you Def get what you pay for

I called asked about a walk in knew what I wanted and Jason delivered 100 percent I got the exact tattoo I wanted at a very reasonable price I would recommend this place to others thanks for being able to Deliver my day of need

We had an outstanding experience with Sam. My BFF and I had been wanting matching tattoos for over a decade. We sent Sam a couple inspo images and she actually took the time, in advance, to draw us some custom art. It turned out to be absolutely perfect. We had back to back appointments and Sam was a pleasure to hang out with for like 3 hours whilst she tattooed both of us. I couldn’t recommend an establishment or an artist more highly.
