A great atmosphere. Love the decor and the people! I called them up before hand to understand the booking process online and how many piercings I could do. I was able to book 5 piercings online with no trouble! Selina did my piercings and she was super awesome and supportive. I was running late to my appointment for my child. I understand they have a policy but when the customer wants to reschedule they should not have to pay a second deposit. Traffic gets bad, we showed up and we were asked to reschedule and wanted to, but to pay a total of 140 plus jewelry is crazy. Sad too because I have always had a great experience at this location which is why I was trusting them to pierce my child. Never recommending them to anyone again!

Great service, very cool interior The pearcings available look great but they're not very well designed. They fall out so easily I've already lost 2 pairs of earrings just from them falling out randomly. I wish they had a more secure closure system than just snapping in.

I always come here when I get piercings. The service is A1, piercers are knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly PERSONABLE. Selina was my piercer, they were super nice and friendly! I got two old piercings re-pierced (which f’ing hurt) but their vibe was chill and cool so it made it much better. Plus they have great jewelry! They might be more expensive than other spots but you seriously get what you pay for when you come here.
